Key Purpose of the role

Areas of responsibility may include but not limited to

Key Purpose

Product Requirements Specification (PRS)
Design and validate the functional solution.

Identify a set of stakeholders that need to be involved in creating and validating the PRS. Interview business and technical owners, as well as experienced members of the development team (Development Manager, Architect, Snr BA).

Validate the PRS and Test Basket with the client and identified stakeholders and obtain sign-off.

Key Purpose
The Primary role of this Job specification is for the Unified Communication Engineer to assist the Senior Engineers and Specialists on all UC and CaaS Dept projects and CaaS operational tasks. The Marketing Campaign Consultant delivers marketing communication campaigns according to best practise in design, targeting and personalisation to drive business objectives of acquisition, engagement utilisation and profitability, and brand love.
Areas of responsibility include but are not limited to:
Executes and manages the campaign marketing strategy on a campaign management interface.
Builds, actively manages, and maintains the email calendar.
