    Project Administrator

    Due to growth ADP (a Lycopodium business) is seeking a Project Administrator to provide professional administrative support to projects as directed by the Project Services Manager, consistently working to produce quality deliverables in a conscientious and professional manner.

    The tasks you'll perform:

    • Provide administrative support such as data capturing, general record-keeping, and document control
    • Prepare and submit required reports to Project Teams, Finance and Management on the agreed schedule/timeline and in the required format
    • Provide site support services to project teams
    • Implement, initiate and maintain project cost control processes and procedures, including live cost reporting

    The expertise you'll bring, includes:

    • High School Graduate
    • 3+ years’ proven experience in a similar role
    • Relevant Tertiary qualification advantageous.
    • Cape Town based
    • South African citizen
    • Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision whilst consistently producing a high quality of deliverables, within budget and schedule constraints

    Accounts Clerk - Accounts Payable

    ADP Holdings (a wholly owned subsidiary of Lycopodium) seeks a suitably qualified and experienced Accounts Clerk - Accounts Payable to take responsibility for providing an efficient and cost-effective service to the ADP Group in respect of processing and timely payment of suppliers. The successful candidate will work in our Cape Town office, reporting to the Financial Manager and forming a part of a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional Finance team.

    This role is on a Fixed Term basis.

    The tasks you'll perform (not exhaustive):

    • Full Creditor’s function - Reconciling statements to Accounting Ledger, Payment execution, Remittance advices, Resolving queries, Maximizing settlement discounts
    • Matching Purchase orders with Goods receive notes (GRN’s) and invoices
    • Processing on Syspro
    • Check relevant authorisations on Purchase orders and Invoices
    • Compile payment packs for payments
    • Preparation of Credit Applications
    • Admin and filing
    • Ad hoc duties as required.

    The expertise you'll bring:                  

    • Grade 12 (Matric), with Mathematics and Accounting.
    • 5+ years in general accounting at a multi-national company.
    • Foreign Exchange knowledge advantageous.
    • Currently studying towards and accounting/bookkeeping qualification advantageous.
    • Solid technical aptitude, analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision whilst consistently producing a high quality of deliverables.
    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, efficiently and collaboratively in a team and knowledge sharing environment, with colleagues across all business units. 
    • Build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers and colleagues.

    • Strong reconciliation skills

    People Officer

    ADP Holdings (a Lycopodium business) seeks a suitably qualified People Officer (HR Officer) to join our growing team in Cape Town. To provide a wide range of duties and responsibilities supporting the HR function. The general duties of this position shall consist of administrative support and assistance in HR policies, analytics, recruitment, and other related HR programs and initiatives.

    The tasks you'll perform (not exhaustive):

    • Organise and manage the new starter experience (end-to-end) including but not limited to; contracts administration, on-boarding documentation, compliance, and inductions.
    • Manage the off-boarding process to ensure compliance including but not limited to; exit interviews, collecting company property, etc.
    • Assist with the administration of the Company Human Resources Platforms
    • Assist with talent acquisition and various recruitment needs (including internal and external job postings/advertisements, scheduling of interviews, references, letters to applicants, etc).
    • Assist in the maintenance of the Human Resource Information System and record management by ensuring employee records are current for payroll.
    • Assist with the immigration process to ensure compliance within the relevant jurisdictions for international placements and assignments.
    • Cooperatively work with the People Group globally to prepare, revise, update and/or create Position Descriptions as required.
    • Adhere to the Company’s HR policies and procedures to provide a diligent and professional service.
    • Assist with collating data, statistics and documentation for business development, management and reporting purposes.

    The expertise you'll bring:                  

    • Tertiary Qualification in Human Resources or equivalent from a recognised institution.
    • 1-3 years’ experience in an administrative role within related industries.

    • Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision whilst consistently producing a high quality of deliverables.
    • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, efficiently and collaboratively in a team and knowledge sharing environment, with colleagues across all business units. 
    • Build and sustain positive relationships with all stakeholders, including suppliers and colleagues.
    • Proactively seek and accept guidance and feedback provided by subject matter experts.
    • Demonstrate a commitment to continued professional development.
    • Proven experience working with the Microsoft suite of software packages, specifically Word and Excel.
