    HR Administrator - Contract

    Position Description:

    As part of the People Shared Services that will provide excellent service and employee experience for over 23,000 employees the Human Resource Administrator will be responsible for HR administration across all HR functions. This will entail all elements of administration including, among others, generation and maintaining employee details, coordination of training interventions, logistical arrangements and processing of transactions across all HR functions.   The role will interface with employees and the Line Managers across Divisions.

    As the Human Resource Administrator, your responsibilities will be to:

    • To provide efficient first time service completion of administration delivery while providing an all-round superior service delivery experience, and adhering to SLA’s and quality standards

    • Process all relevant administration across HR functions including requirements like:

      • Employee Relations administrative support

      • Talent Acquisition, Capability, Development Leadership, Performance and Transformation administrative support.

      • General admin support across HR functions e.g. OD, Employee Engagement, Well-being, Reward and Benefits.

      • Validation and compliance checks of HR Connect Workflows

    To apply you need to have:

    • HR Degree or Diploma advantageous

    • 1 - 3 years administrative experience

    • Knowledge of HR system/s (e.g. HR Connect, TMS, T&A , Talent Connect etc) advantageous

    • Previous exposure to a Shared Services or HR Admin type of environment an advantage.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills

    • Proven time management and planning skills

    • Excellent attention to detail and high level of accuracy

    • Excellent skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)

    • Ability to multitask

    • Ability to work independently

    • Ability to work under pressure

    • Ability to plan and organise

    PLEASE NOTE:

    Store Manager

    Position Description:

    The Store is in need of achievement-orientated Store Manager with excellent customer service and people management skills. These positions require retail experience, a flair for visual merchandising and a good head for figures and administration

     

    Responsibilities:

    Senior Talent Acquisition Consultant

    Position Description:

    As part of the People Shared Services that will provide excellent service and employee experience for over 34,000 employees, the incumbent’s primary responsibility is talent acquisition operational implementation, with a focus on leadership and complex roles. The incumbent will ensure professional consultation with the business (relevant line managers and employees) focused on delivering the best customer service in a continuously improving efficient and effective way that at least achieves  Service Level Agreement standards.  

    Key Performance Areas

    • Day-to-day operational management and leadership from Talent Manager and PSS Management, including on the job coaching and guidance, and prioritization of workload;

    • Deliver according to workforce capacity plan from Service Management to meet talent acquisition business requirements within SLA;

    • Talent acquisition activities to be planned, recorded, and delivered within SLA, procedure, and protocols; and compliance risks escalated

    Delivery of talent acquisition activities:

    • Work with PSS System and Reporting team to ensure all talent acquisition data is tracked and available for all reporting requirements

    • Ensure the best end-to-end talent acquisition experience for all users

    • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition roles with a focus on leadership and complex roles

    • Ensure assessment methodology, agreed protocols, and the process is followed 

    • Ensure that the appropriate sourcing and selection process/approach is used (Senior Leadership, Critical Scare Skills, High Potential and Youth Talent) by ensuring effective and collaborative briefing with the hiring manager

    • Ensure that hiring managers are supported in defining requirements, understanding selection practices and their role in the recruitment process

    • Deliver talent acquisition activities within policy, procedure, and compliance protocols

    Build relationships (internal; third parties)

    • Brief tasks to be delivered by Transactional Services within agreed lead times, agree to delivery, and ensure timeous and quality completion

    • Execute operational activities for/through relevant third parties 

    • Partner to deliver end-to-end digital / e-solutions 

    • Escalate third party delivery issues to relevant relationship holder

    • Attend regular operational meetings with third parties (e.g. prep for career days at universities)

    • Ensure timeous payments to third parties are processed 

    • Brief work to external suppliers within agreed lead times and ensure timeous and quality delivery

    Identify and manage potential risk

    • Ensure all Talent Acquisition activities are consistently conducted in a way that meets compliance measures and stands up to internal and external reviews and audits

    • Ensure all significant legislative risks/compliance issues are escalated to relevant internal owners 

    Continuous Improvement

    • Identify opportunities for improvement in Talent Acquisition processes and communicate these to the Talent Manager for consideration

    • Execute User Acceptance Testing activities as directed by the Talent Manager aligned with the Systems & Reporting team

    Problem Management / Escalation Management

    • Communicate all significant risks to delivery to the Talent Manager

    • Escalate any deviation to policy to Talent Manager 

    General: People Shared Services Support

    • Assist in other Talent teams, and/or in broader People Shared Services according to resource needs (valley periods, emergencies, projects)

    • On request, act as 2-I-C to Talent Manager (e.g. during absence; taking the lead on a project; etc.)

    • Mentors to consultant team members

    • Make recommendations and proposals to improve shared service effectiveness and efficiency
