    Junior Cost Accountant

    ROLE:

    • The daily maintenance and control of the costing system to ensure proper costing of all products and to ensure accurate valuations and profitability analysis.
    • To professionally manage the costing and stock functions and provide dedicated support to the financials functions.
    • Assist the Admin Department forward through applying a culture of "Customer First" and "can Do", continuous improvement and profit orientation.

    KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
     
    Maintain the Costing System:

    • Pricing: Maintain accurate product costing to provide supporting information for pricing decisions.
    • Stock Valuations: Maintain accurate product costing to ensure proper stock valuations.
    • Costing Factors: Maintain up to date and accurate costing factors for Waste, Labour, Overheads, Commission, Freight {Local and Export), Operating Costs.
    • Bill of Materials: Ensure up to date and accurate bills of materials for all products maintain within costing system.
    • Reporting: Ensure all required reports completed and submitted per the advised deadlines.
    • Variance Analysis: Analysis and correct variances between the costing system and actual monthly results.

    Stock & Stock Controls:

    • Ensure all stock codes loaded on System:
    • Random testing of material stores to verify accurate of stock system.
    • Resolve all stock queries on timeous basis.
    • Complete all landed cost calculations for imported raw materials.
    • Ensure returnable containers maintained at minimum levels.
    • Ensure stock levels are maintained within budgeted levels.
    • Obsolete and slow-moving stocks to be cleared regular.
    • Investigate negative stock figures.
    • Ensure GRN suspense clear on monthly basis.
    • Ensure all monthly stock take processes completed accurately.
    • Maintain monthly stock comparatives.

    COMPETENCIES AND BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES

    • Matric, with Maths/Accounting.
    • Related Tertiary qualification.
    • Excellent communication skills (written, spoken and electronic).
    • Alert and adaptable to change.
    • Pay attention to detail and deadline conscious.
    • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and SAGE or similar (highly advantageous).
    • Clean credit and criminal history.

    Additional Functions:

    • Weekly wages for <50 employees on VIP Professional.
    • Management of the clocking system.
    • Ensuring HR Compliance and BBBEE administration.
    • Assist in the gathering of information for the EE plan and ATR.
    • Assist Head Office HR with personnel matters relating to onboarding, off-boarding, exits, terminations of medical aid and pension funds.
    • Assist with the preparation of employment contracts and other related documentation.

    Junior Industrial Engineer

    QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

    • Matric is essential. 
    • A completed B.Tech Degree in Industrial Engineering is essential. 
    • Minimum of 1- 2 years working experience. 
    • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project, PowerPoint). 
    • Programming experience with be advantageous
    • Open to SA citizens with a clear criminal and credit history.

    • Reporting to the Divisional Distribution Executive performance areas include, but are not limited to:
    • Identify opportunities to streamline and maximise company performance.
    • Continuous reviews to optimise all warehouse layouts.
    • Understanding, analysis of, and improvement of various logistics systems in the Inbound, Outbound, and Perishables departments.
    • Identify and lead logistics improvement projects.
    • Being able to lead and manage various projects at the same time.
    • Effective management of projects from inception to completion.
    • Leading and providing direction to a dedicated short-term project team.
    • Implement and maintain the methods and processes required for “Lean Logistics” thinking and approaches.
    • Troubleshooting identified Logistics areas and processes with low productivity.
    • Developing and building dashboards and Power BI Reports.
    • Ability to demonstrate strong skills in building and maintaining a comprehensive database.

    Medical Practice Receptionist

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar environment is ideal (Medical Private Practice).
    • Effective communication skills (written, spoken and electronic).
    • SA Citizen with clear criminal and credit history.
    • Reliable transport and the preparedness to work on public holidays and Saturdays (on rotation).

    • Dealing with medical representative’s – appointments / doctors’ lunches.
    • Credit controlling.

    Nursing Sister (Private Practice)

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

    • Qualified and registered Staff/ Auxiliary nurse (SANC).
    • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a similar environment is ideal (Medical Private Practice).

    • Reception duties if needed.
    • Knowledge of MEDIEDI / Practice Perfect / PACS system – Bay Radiology (preferably).
    • Filing of reports / results in patient files.
    • Filing of patient files.
