    Social Media Content Coordinator

    Purpose of the Position:

    • Create unique, engaging and hyper-local social media content to grow audiences across South Africa, Kenya, Nigeria and Ghana 
    • Focus on daily engagement and tactical community-building activities 
    • Work with the community mangers to drive brand love and positive sentiment in Kenya, Nigeria and Ghana

    Senior Finance Analyst: Country Controller

    Purpose of the Position:

    • This role provides oversight and is responsible for the internal controls and financial reporting compliance across the ROA/ Multichoice Africa Holdings (MAH) Group. This provide ROA management assurance on the integrity of the trial balance.

    Tasks

    Business Partner

    • Maintain relationship and collaborate with Finance teams across countries, Corporate and Shared services
    • Assist Corporate and in-country teams on resolution of accounting and finance issues
    • Work on accounting and finance projects within the group

    Financial accountability and oversight for countries

    • Review the financial processes to strengthen, improve & standardise financial reporting and controls to deliver more efficient processes and an improved control environment,
    • Support the FMs in the countries in maintaining the integrity of the General Ledger through implementing best practices, building capacity and implementing process for regular Balance sheet reviews within the countries
    • Assist with the ERP financial systems changes/updates with guidance from MCG reporting team
    • Accountable for GL Integrity management for ROA countries and corporate (Governance)
    • Direct all ongoing activities associated with monthly, quarterly, half year and annual close.
    • Interacts with internal auditors for Corporate and in-country the entities.
    • Monitor the internal audit findings and drive resolution
    • Responsible for maintaining an appropriate internal control environment around the financial reporting and close process
    • Drive the balance sheet health across the group, including timely completion of balance sheet reconciliations and resolution of reconciling items.
    • Technical lead for projects, leading standardisation of systems and processes
    • Responsible for maintaining the Chart of accounts and ensuring compliance
    • Ensure the implementation and maintenance of system, controls and procedures for the recording of accounting transactions
    • Liaison between corporate and country teams in all matters relating to internal controls and financial reporting.
    • Implement and drive review processes that impact the integrity of the trial balance to improve the quality of reporting
    • Ensure reconciliations between financial systems i.e GP, Business Warehouse, BPC and HFM

    Junior PMO Specialist - Group Digital

    Purpose of the Position:

    • Define, Set-Up, and Manage the PMO Governance and Compliance activities in the Change and Adoption Space.

    NOC Analyst (FTC)

    Purpose of the Position

    • The Network Operations Centre (NOC) Analyst is responsible for the management and monitoring of the day to day operations of our Network Operating Centre (NOC) operations in accordance with established policies and procedures

    Key Performance Objectives

    Monitoring

    • Provide NOC support to monitor the performance and capacity of computer systems using a variety of tools
    • Analyse and look for hardware, software, and environmental alerts or malfunctions
    • Ensure that a NOC support resource is assigned to an issue once identified

    Troubleshooting

    • When a problem impacts the IT services, work to triage or troubleshoot the problem, if possible NOC resource will have a standard operating procedure that will be followed; this may include coordinating with third-party vendors, customer contacts, or other internal IT teams

    Reporting

    • Report all systems and platforms (daily, weekly and monthly) standard reporting requirements
