    Retirement and Life Products Administrator

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    Prescient Fund Services (PFS) is a registered section 13B administrator and provides administration services in respect of Life Policies and Retirement Funds. These Policies and Retirement Funds provide investors with access to a range of investment options. The role of Administrator is to take responsibility for all processing and client service activities relating to these products

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Checking the FNB product inflow accounts daily and performing reconciliation of Product bank accounts.
    •  Processing new investments, switches, retirements and withdrawals and static detail changes daily on the
    • administration system as well as the online banking platform (FNB).
    •  Processing relevant month end administrative tasks, for example, admin/advisor fees, living annuity income
    • payments, monthly debit orders, etc.
    •  Processing Section 14 transfers and Directive 135 transfers as required.

    Team Leader: Investor Services - Tokai

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    • The Investor Services / TA team provides excellent levels of client service to all investors in a timely and accurate manner.This role will be responsible for overseeing resources, allocation of work training and optimizing processes within the Investor Services processing team.     Data Engineer - Tokai

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    • The Data Engineer will be responsible for the investment team database architecture, data flow and data processes. Thisincludes efficiently receiving, transferring, processing, analyzing, and integrating 3rd party systems for investment research and business operational processes.     Quantitative Analyst - Steenberg

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    • The role will entail being part of the team that manages portfolios in line with Prescient’s philosophy and process. Key elements will be the development of new asset allocation tools and strategies, as well as the improvement of the current system. Building predictive models and advanced algorithms that help the team to drive performance across the fund range will be part of the daily work.     DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Asset Allocation / Quantitative Research

    • The key objective is the development of new asset allocation tools and strategies, as well as the improvement of the current system
    •  Assist in defining the asset allocation research/alpha framework
    •  Improve the current asset management tools available and maintain the infrastructure in place
    •  Develop econometric models to shape the Asset Class Modelling, Predictive Models, Asset Class Analytics etc

    Institutional Fund Accountant - Westlake

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    • To perform an end-to-end fund accounting role as part of the Segregated Fund Accounting team. This role has a strong client reporting focus with a specific focus on segregated mandates.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    •  Processing and setting up of audit, trustee, custody and management fees.
    •  Ensuring Variation Margin is processed correctly and matches the Clearing House Statement daily.

    Talent Coordinator - Steenberg

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    • Forming part of the Talent team, you will be responsible for providing key administrative and coordination support t a range of talent and people operations functions with specific focus on recruitment coordination, HR administration, employee on and offboarding as well as providing support t areas of the talent process as required.

     Recruitment Co-ordination
