    Product Manager - Durban

    Description

    • Work with Sales, Marketing, Development, Legal and Support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met, contributing to the ongoing success of the Ignition Group!

    Strategy Development and Management

    • Define product strategy and roadmap.
    • Develop new sales channels to distribute the product, either via a re-seller agreement, digitally, or any other channels where opportunity presents

    Product Management

    • Define, prioritise, and deliver the product roadmap.
    • Develop the business case for new products and improvements to existing products.
    • Manage new feature releases.
    • Take ownership of the customer lifecycle, constantly improving customer lifetime value.
    • Drive automation of product monitoring ensuring down-time and issue resolution time is minimised.
    • Manage daily operational components of products.
    • Work closely alongside our development team to ensure new features are delivered on time.
    • Work alongside the Data Insights team to deliver roadmap items that address customer insights specific to opportunities and pain-points.
    • Develop the core positioning and messaging for the product.
    • Perform product demos to customers.
    • Propose and manage the budget of the product to ensure success.
    • Gather, manage, and prioritise the market or customer requirements of the product.

    Relationship Management

    • Manage 3rd party relationships to maintain licencing agreements, leverage partnerships, or look for alternate opportunities where existing relationships can be improved – either commercially or innovatively to ensure the product has a strong persona and position in the market.
    • Work closely alongside the Training and Marketing teams to develop the training content to assist in sales of products.
    • Work alongside a cross-functionality of skillsets including Development, Sales, Customer Insights, Marketing, Training and Customer Care to deliver the strategy and roadmap items successfully.

    Requirements

    People Consultant - Cape Town

    Description

    Requirements

    Educational and Professional Body Requirements:

    • Matric/ Grade 12

    Experience:

    Employee Relations Specialist - Umhlanga

    Description

    This position will be responsible for:

    External Dispute Management: 

    • Represent the company in external dispute forums.
    • Brief stakeholders on the correct process to follow.

    HR Issue Coordination: 

    • Coordinate and assist in resolving a wide variety of human resources issues. 
    • Investigate unfair labour practices.

    Collective Bargaining: 

    • Facilitate and administer the collective bargaining process. 
    • Provide employees and management with direction on employee legislation matters.

    Legal Representation: 

    • Serve as a legal representative for the workforce and individual employees. 
    • Act as a point of contact for employee recommendations and suggestions.

    Compliance and Consultation:

    Requirements

    Education and training: 

    • Degree with a focus on labour law or Human Resources Management

    Experience: 

    • Minimum 5 years in an HR role of which 2 years should be in an Employee Relations Consultant/ Practitioner role 
    • Extensive labour law experience 
    • Experience conducting complex workplace investigations. 
    • Experience in dealing with trade unions/works councils. 
    • Experience with employment law and employee relations 
    • Experience anticipating issues, problem solving and implementing solutions. 
    • Previous experience in investigations, corrective actions, conflict resolution, industrial relations and monitoring of regulatory compliance

    • In the role of Head of Contact Centre Sales - Domestic, you will own the overall responsibility and accountability for the holistic performance, quality, and development of the contact centres under your management in line with agreed targets and budgets as stipulated by the Head: Distribution Sales and Service. We operate both domestically and internationally and have offices in Durban and Johannesburg. The position available is at the Durban Branch.

    Educational and Professional Body Requirements: ·

    • Matric · Tertiary qualifications/ Contact Centre qualification will be an advantage

    Requirements

    Experience: ·

    • At least 20 years inbound, or outbound contact centre experience. ·
    • At least10 years Contact Centre Manager experience, managing a workforce of 600+ FTE across multiple Lines of business ·
    • Proven experience managing senior Contact Centre teams. ·
    • Experience in a sales contact centre and retentions environment required. ·
    • Demonstrable experience working with the MS office suite, including MS excel, MS word and Power BI. Skills: ·
    • Demonstrate the ability to plan and organise through forecasting Recruitment Intakes, FTE and net revenue for the contact centre on all domestic campaigns. ·
    • Ability to develop and nurture improved performance across sales and/or service. ·
    • A sound knowledge of call script generation techniques. ·
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. ·
    • Familiar with CRM systems and practices. ·
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. ·
    • Ability to manage conflict using a solution-focused approach.
