    Call Centre Agents - Menlyn

    Description

    1. Market products and achieve sales target (TCF)

    • Sell policies (in and out bound)
    • Apply product knowledge
    • Capture policy on system
    • Attend to client queries
    • Process amendments on policies
    • Responsible for own policy retention

    2. Fit and Proper Requirements

    • Adhere and comply to FSB board notice in terms of FAIS

    Requirements

    Formal Education:

    • Matric
    • Call Centre Certificate

    Technical/Legal Certification :

    • RE 5 (Advantage)
    • Registration as an Employee Representative (Advantage)
    • Recognised qualification as per FSB (Advantage)

    Experience: 

    • 1 Years’ Experience as a call centre agent (outbound)
    • Insurance Industry

    Team Leader: Events, CSI, Reception and Promoshop - Menlyn

    Description

    1. Events Management

    • Management and execution of functions and events
    • Create and manage events calendar 
    • Create, compile and distribute internal and external communications and documentations
    • Plan, organise and support sponsorship activities
    • Liaise with subsidiaries, external service providers and all key role players
    • Manage and participate in identified projects and communicate with the team
    • Development of, and adherence to, efficient and detailed event timelines to ensure successful execution. Event timelines include such things as timeframes for events/sponsorship, marketing, production time, participant/speaker notice, event agenda, and location.
    • Events budget management
    • Source gifts for events

    2. Boardroom and reception management 10%

    • Manage and oversee boardrooms and reception areas to ensure they are well maintained
    • Manage admin personnel and office assistants
    • Manage events team

    3. CSI

    • Create and manage CSI strategy, create calendar and ensure execution thereof
    • Manage CSI and sponsorship activities
    • Manage CSI team

    4. Promo Shop Management

    • Promo Shop administration 
    • Liaison with sales and employees 
    • Stock ordering, management and forecasting 
    • Statistical Analysis 
    • Manage the promo shop team

    FORMAL EDUCATION

    • Degree/Diploma in Events Management

    EXPERIENCE  

    • 3 – 5 years’  Events Management Experience (Financial Industry)
    • 2 Years Project Management (Advantage)
