    Specialist: Enterprise Content Management

    Specialist: Enterprise Content Management 

    • To collate, organise and manage all intellectual property (IP) into an effective, controlled system.
    • To formulate and implement the Group’s Enterprise Content Management (ECM) policy, framework, systems, and standards. This includes all aspects of Knowledge Management (KM) and Document Management (DM) to prevailing legislation, regulations, and best practices across the Group.

    Duties and responsibilites include (not limited to):

    Enterprise Content Management

    • Formulate an appropriate Content Management (ECM) strategy, policy, systems, tools and implementation plan and operating schedule. ECM is the over-arching function that contains KM and DM, with their own strategies and policies to capture, protect and appropriately distribute Intellectual Property.
    • Formulate, implement and manage Enterprise Content Management processes.
    • Develop ECM Leadership Learning & Development framework and content.
    • Review and assess ECM adoption and quality.
    • Evaluate and ensure adherence to global best practices and benchmarks for Enterprise Content Management and all its components. (KM & DM)

    Document Management

    • Formulate an appropriate Document Management (DM) strategy, policy and implementation plan and operating schedule.
    • Align, manage, and maintain DM partner and supplier contracts.
    • Supervise procedural and legitimate document destruction as per policy.
    • Maintain the DMS Portal, databases, systems and backup.
    • Develop DM Leadership Learning & Development framework and content.
    • Assess and ensure adherence to document management standards.

    Knowledge Management

    • Formulate an appropriate Knowledge Management (KM) strategy, policy and implementation plan and operating schedule.
    • Formulate, implement and manage Knowledge Management processes.
    • Align, manage and maintain KM partner and supplier contracts.
    • Maintain the KM Portal, databases, systems and backup.
    • Develop KM Leadership Learning & Development framework and content.
    • Assess and ensure adherence to knowledge management standards.

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Business

    Job Related Experience Required

    • 5-8 years' ECM including Physical and Electronic document management experience required.
    • Digital Knowledge and Document Management systems and tools
    • Familiarity with Enterprise Content Management policies, frameworks and platforms
    • 4+ years professional experience.
    • Sound business acumen, excellent writing and communication skills.
    • Ability to Plan and Organise and create a learning environment.
    • Strong project management experience; experience with Microsoft Access and Visio; text analytics; programming macros and coding in Microsoft Excel; and working with and researching external benchmarks.

    Senior Manager Marketing

    The Role

    To lead Segment marketing for LTSA and collaborate with Brand Marketing, Events & Sponsorships, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing teams in the Marketing Service Hub and other cross functional teams across the business to deliver on LTSA marketing and commercial objectives.

    Duties and responsibilites include (not limited to):

    Strategic Planning

    • In conjunction with the LTSA Executive Management Team, participates in and contributes to the 3 to 5-year Marketing plan by:
    • Contributing to and implementing the agreed Marketing strategies for LTSA only.
    • Maintaining an awareness of relevant industry forces through market intelligence analysis and customer satisfaction surveys.
    • Contribute to the 3 to 5-year comprehensive marketing, customer and digital plan to grow the LTSA Brand market share and customer advocacy across the market segments.
    • Develop annual operating plans for marketing.
    • Marketing budget planning and implementation.

    Segment Marketing

    • To consolidate and orchestrate the overarching customer segment plans across the team that drive the customer engagement, marketing activities and campaigns to deliver a desirable result for the business. 
    • Develop customer data driven marketing strategies across the sales segments.
    • Analyse customer, segment and marketing insights.
    • Plan and implement marketing plans, activities, resources and budgets to execute campaigns across segments.

    Market Campaign Planning & Execution

    • Collaborate with Marketing Vertical Heads in the Marketing Service Hub and other cross functional teams to plan and execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.
    • Provide marketing support for internal marketing programs.

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Business with a specialisation in Strategy, Marketing, Sales or similar.

    Job Related Experience Required

    • 6 years' B2B Marketing, Branding and Segment Marketing experience in the ICT/Telecommunications Industry.

    Senior Specialist: Solutions/Product Marketing

    Senior Specialist: Solutions/Product Marketing

    To lead the development and management of Group Marketing Service Hub solutions / product marketing function. Responsible for strategic guidance, advice and support on offer creation, GTM, product launches and campaigns.

    Duties and responsibilites include (not limited to):

    • Work with the product management team to articulate and translate product strategies objectives into go to market plans supported by marketing campaigns that drive market awareness and revenue growth and position Liquid Telecom as a digital service provider.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert on messaging and positioning of products and solutions to ensure clear messaging through the launch process and throughout the marketing mix.
    • Own the development and ensure execution of solutions/product launches and marketing campaigns, sales enablement and content.
    • Develop and execute sales enablement programmes including relevant collateral and training, blueprint buyer journeys and map buyer decisions at each stage of the buying cycle.
    • Provide marketing support on major bids.
    • Identify, create and implement best practices for product and portfolio management.
    • Utilise business intelligence to understand buying behaviours to ensure solution sets match market and customer requirements.
    • Engage with product management team and across the business to lead the development of product and trend related thought leadership and marketing collateral, including but not limited to white papers, opinion pieces, value propositions, Brochures, datasheets, presentations, website copy.
    • Create specific lead / revenue generating and customer engagement programmes including promotional offers, direct mailers, webinars, podcasts, bid and proposal content, etc.
    • Support the development of case studies on key projects / clients to help us increase relevance and drive credibility and interest.
    • Partner closely with marketing and product team to ensure alignment of priorities and programs and to leverage initiatives.

    Minimum Requirements

    Qualifications

    • Postgraduate degree in marketing or business management.

    Job Related Experience Required

    • At least 3 years’ experience developing product marketing strategies and launching new products within the telecommunications industry.
    • Ability to read, interpret, and understand strategy documents and translate into marketing goals and plans.
    • Knowledge of product management and marketing best practices.
