    Treasury Clerk

    Key areas of responsibilities:

    • Responsible for the daily reconciliation of all fully-cashed ATMs
    • Download statements daily from various float providers ensuring that the float balance is supported by a specific amalgamation of ATM
    • Fully investigate any queries that may arise and submit claims for identified shortages
    • Work closely with the counterpart at the third-party cash-in-transit service provider to ensure reconciliations are aligned
    • Prepare, produce, submit or assist with various reports and reporting requirements
    • Assist with daily float settlement and daily utilisation requests
    • Timeous query resolution
    • Assistance with general office admin and filing

    Professional Requirements:          

    • National Senior Certificate (Grade 12)
    • Relevant financial degree or diploma
    • Experience in a similar role will be advantageous
    • Fully computer literate
    • Advanced MS Excel skills

    Customer Care Representative

    RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Dispatching of technicians - arranging calls on a day-to-day basis and updating technician calendars on Spark Manage
    • Liaising with more than 3 parties at any giving time when arranging callouts
    • Discussing call out details and parts required with technician
    • Meeting SLA’s (installations, removals, callouts, preventative maintenance and signage)
    • Calculating the most cost effective & efficient route
    • Allocate calls to the technician’s calendar and Journey App
    • Manage technicians bootstock, make sure the technician submits their bootstock report and check whether they have sufficient stock
    • Requesting stock from workshops for technicians as required
    • Monitoring of technicians and ensuring their work is completed, quality approved, actioned timeously and job cards uploaded onto the system
    • Approving site pictures for signage calls and installations before the technician leaves a site
    • Managing in and outbound calls
    • Contact clients and plan for technicians to be on site and work on the ATMs
    • Coordinating CIT (Fidility) service providers for call outs – Contact CIT service providers for an ETA
    • Following up on all open events daily
    • Operations management – managing the technician’s time, installations, technical call outs, preventative maintenance and parts supply
    • Ensuring constant revision and refining of processes and procedures
    • Reporting of data and deliverables on a timely basis
    • Assisting with general office admin and reporting
    • Compiling weekly and monthly KPI reports

    Professional Requirements:

    • Grade 12 qualification
    • Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
    • Experience as a call coordinator, dispatching technicians and dealing with 3rd Party Vendors across the country
    • Strong administrative skills
    • Proficiency in MS Excel
    • Be bilingual (English /Afrikaans)
    • Flexibility to work shifts, 1 weekend (half days) a month, public holidays (half-day) and standby. The individual will be remunerated additionally for these shifts

    Technical Support Consultant

    Job Description:

    Technical Support Consultant: Self Cash 

    • Monitor connectivity of ATM’s to the host and resolve all terminal status issues and errors
    • Resolve issues telephonically with clients
    • Outbound customer care such as loading ATMs, diagnosing and fixing problems over the phone
    • Inbound customer care such as technical ATM matters, billing and rebate queries, documentation and consumables
    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues when systems are down or problematic
    • Management of projects including software upgrades and receipt printer graphics
    • Monitor critical sites and ensure they are actioned timeously
    • Log all inbound and outbound calls on the in-house SparkManage software or any related software
    • Follow up and action all open events timeously
    • Raise events for matters that require a site visit
    • Manage relationships and liaise with third party service providers
    • Ensure constant revision and refining of processes and procedures
    • Report on data and deliverables on a timely basis
    • Be available for the on-call cycle on weekends, public holidays or weekend shift work
    • This position is an in-office position.

    • On a daily basis, process the movement of stock and nature of the callout details on the in-house mobile app

    • Travel within South Africa to perform ATM servicing, installations and repairs
    • Dealing with customers telephonically and in-person
    • Conducting merchant training sessions at ATM sites

    • Be available on the stand-by roster on weekends, public holidays or weekend shift work, when required
