This position is available at Santam Legal Branch Outsource Business Front Office. This position calls for an individual to determine the merits of a claim and to obtain Third Party details and Profile the Third Party according to his financial situation so that the recovery claims handler can proceed with the claims immediately. The individual will also have to obtain the necessary documentation to enable the recovery claims handler to proceed with the matter accordingly. The individual need to understand the relevant terms with regards to the recovery / liability process

Qualification And Experience
Grade 12 with 1 to 2 years related experience.
