Appropriate National Diploma (NQF level 6) in Human Resource Management.
A relevant postgraduate degree qualification will be an added advantage.
A minimum of five (5) years’ relevant work experience in Human Resource management with at least three (3) to five (5) years’ experience as Assistant Director.
Competency Profile.
Knowledge of the Public service Act, Public Service regulations, resolutions, relevant legislation. Policy research, analysis and development, action-orientated and results-driven, innovative and customer-focused, excellent communication (verbal and written), Financial and change management, Human resource planning competencies, planning skills, and project management.
Ability to develop, support, and monitor the implementation of policies and the ability to work in a team environment, Good Project Management and Computer Skills.
Computer Literacy (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Access, and MS Outlook).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
