Rates And Reservations Administrator
- Job Type Full Time
- Qualification Matric
- Experience 5 years
- Location Gauteng
- Job Field Administration / Facilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Loading/ Amending/ Checking rates for Associated Product and Wilderness Product
- Keeping general information saved in the Tourplan updated
- Maintaining all templates/manuals
- Setting up new users and maintaining all users, debtors and creditors in all relevant systems
- Updating consultants on Tourplan changes
- Adding and maintain specials accordingly
- Loading Exploration
- Assisting in adhoc projects as and when required
Candidate profile:

Qualification and Experience
- Matric with Mathematics
- Min. 5yrs working experience in the Travel Industry
- Proven experience working with data management systems.
- Excellent working knowledge of Tourplan and WISH systems.
- Proficient in Ms Office.
