Rates And Reservations Administrator at Wilderness

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading/ Amending/ Checking rates for Associated Product and Wilderness Product
• Keeping general information saved in the Tourplan updated
• Maintaining all templates/manuals
• Setting up new users and maintaining all users, debtors and creditors in all relevant systems
• Updating consultants on Tourplan changes
• Adding and maintain specials accordingly
• Loading Exploration
• Assisting in adhoc projects as and when required

Candidate profile:

Qualification and Experience

• Matric with Mathematics
• Min. 5yrs working experience in the Travel Industry
• Proven experience working with data management systems.
• Excellent working knowledge of Tourplan and WISH systems.
• Proficient in Ms Office.
