Review and refine existing service descriptions in Tourplan to ensure accuracy, professionalism, and consistency.
Identify and address missing or incomplete descriptions.
Contact suppliers directly via phone and email to obtain detailed and accurate service descriptions.
Draft or revise content to meet internal quality and tone-of-voice standards.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to manage and align descriptions, including creating formulas and using functions to support consistency and accuracy across services.
Maintain records of updates and work in progress.
