BTech or First Degree in a property management or related field.
5 years’ or more relevant experience in a property management or related field.
Knowledge of local government municipal functions and related legislation and policies.
Good knowledge of property industry, understanding of property trends and property market.
Knowledge of the Corporate Governance Principles. Knowledge of Project Management Principles and practices
Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Valid Code B drivers licence
Key Performance Areas
Participate in and lead parts of the development, implementation and maintenance of the appropriate planning processes and structural elements for the effectiv execution and replication of optimisation and rationalisation exercises of immovable property assets.
Plan, facilitate and lead the execution of Optimisation & Rationalisation projects and exercises.
Facilitate and execute the monitoring, evaluation an reporting on optimisation and rationalisation projects and exercises.
Participate and or lead the development and documentation of a body of knowledge on optimisation and rationalisation of deployment use, management and control of CCT immovable property assets.
