You will be tasked with leading a dynamic sales team to achieve ambitious targets while driving market expansion and building strong customer relationships.

You will possess a bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience in sales, including at least 2-3 years in a leadership role, specifically within the HORECA sector.
Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills are essential, along with proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
This role demands strategic planning and execution to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. You will develop and implement sales strategies, analyse market trends, and identify growth opportunities, collaborating with marketing and product development teams to enhance company performance.
