    Senior Manager IT Audit

    Your key responsibilities:

    This candidate will be required to participate in both internal and external audit services. This includes, but is not limited to:

    • Financial Audit IT Integration – Execution of IT related audit procedures (including IT related procedures beyond ITGCs) in support of financial statement audits and reporting on internal controls over financial reporting (integrated and non-integrated audits).
    • Internal Controls Attestations – Focus on providing an opinion on management’s assertion over business processes and controls including IT General Controls.
    • Work with the engagement team and client to create plans for accomplishing engagement objectives and a strategy that complies with professional standards and which addresses the risks inherent in the engagement.
    • Brief the audit team on the client's IT environment and industry IT trends.
    • Maintain relationships with client management to manage expectations of service, including work products, timing, and the value to be delivered.
    • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply it to client situations.
    • Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members, and use current technology/tools to enhance the effectiveness of deliverables and services.

    To qualify for the role you must have:

    • A minimum of 8 years of experience (post-graduation) working as an auditor for a public accounting firm or have equivalent systems/technology experience to meet special needs
    • Extensive experience in IT Audit methodologies relating to financial statement audits as well as internal IT audits
    • Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Commerce, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or another relevant program.
    • Possess relevant accounting / audit designation(s)  (e.g. CPA, CIA, and/or CISA).
    • Proven ability to teach and develop junior staff increasing their knowledge base related to IT auditing.
    • A strong understanding of the requirements and equivalent legislation as it relates to IT Controls
    • Experience in providing Service organization control (SOC 1 & SOC 2) reporting

    Data Analytics Manager with python and cloud-based data engineering experience- Johannesburg

    Your key responsibilities

    • Lead and guide on determining the right architectures for large scale cloud transformation projects including supporting the response to client proposals and bids.

    Your key responsibilities

    As a Senior Manager in TS&E you will be a vital member of the team managing client engagement teams, executing Transaction Strategy and Execution which support key decision makers in developing and executing their transaction strategy to secure deal value.     Solution Architect - CRM Applications

    As a Solution Architect, you will have depth in knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management which enable you lead and participate in enterprise solution implementations, including all project phases such as discovery, definition, build, test and deploy. You will be an integral part of the delivery team to ensure the solutions built for our clients meet their needs to help drive their success through various methods such as solution blueprints, design reviews and cross-workstream collaborations to provide a total solution.

    Your key responsibilities   

    • You will focus on the evaluation, design, customization and optimization of Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management; leveraging Power Platform-based solutions as needed. You will team with various EY groups with digital capabilities to pursue and deliver digital engagements and deliver solutions that will bring our client’s digital vision and strategy to life.   
    • You'll work with the client to define their requirements, guide the team for any concept training and then you'll design the system architecture through team collaboration. You will provide guidance and oversight of data migration as well as any required customizations; reviewing functional design documents and working with the development team as needed to ensure that the customizations meet the client needs and follow Microsoft best practices. You will not need to be a developer, but you will need to understand technologies and development approaches, integration tools and LCS tools that can be leveraged throughout the implementation and impact that using any of those tools may have on the solution.

    Responsibilities

    Client

    • Secure and enhance relationships with senior client management and within the EY Firm;
