    Senior Internal Auditor

    Minimum Required Qualification:

    • Have NQF 7 (Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) in relevant field
    • Be registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).

    The Appointee should:

    • NQF 7 (Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma) in relevant field.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in internal or external auditing.
    • Registered with the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA), Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA) or Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA).
    • Medically fit to work in the specific business area.
    • Have clear security screening record
    • Have clear credit record
    • Have a valid driver’s license (if applicable)

    Additional Requirements:

    • Computer skills (MS Office, Teammate & data analytic tools).
    • Ability to create professional relationships that do not impair independence.

    Miner General

    Minimum Required Qualification:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • SHERQ  Ensure that team members adhere to PPE requirements.  Participate in required SHERQ meetings, interventions and campaigns.  Conducts accidents and incidents investigations and implement necessary measures to avoid re-occurrence.  Ensuring compliance to mine standards and procedures.  Reporting of all incidents and/or near miss incidents to the relevant parties.  Liaising with safety representatives and team members.  Conduct Safe Behavioural Observations (SBOs) and Planned Task Observations (PTOs).  Maintain and comply with SHERQ standards within the work environment.  Participate in risk assessments and investigate and take appropriate action as per identified risks.  Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
    • Production  Conducts daily re-entry examinations.  Marking-off of support.  Identifying of reef band and mark the face as per the geological reports.  Charging up of the face and safe blasting.  Planning and coordination of mining activities in line with targets and objectives. Administration  Accurately complete documentation and administration as required.  Conduct planning for leave cycles.  Achievements of production targets and efficiencies.  Effective utilisation of available resources (material, machinery and people). People Management  Provide coaching and on-the-job training to reporting staff.  Manage performance and development of reporting staff.  Ensure fair work allocation for team members.  Inspire team members towards high performance.

    Supervisor Protection Services

    Minimum Required Qualification:

    • Registration with PSIRA as a Security Officer Grade A

    Enrolled Nurse

    Minimum Required Qualification:

    Key Responsibilities:
