    Digital Strategist (eComplete) (Western Cape)

    Here’s your chance to:

    • Working with the Digital Marketing team to execute against a client brief and the subsequent deliverables aligning to the client's provided or forecasted KPIs
    • Your north star are client targets & PNLs
    • Translate client KPIs and goals into strategic recommendations for clients across all controlled channels and drive implementation across departments.
    • Build accurate and reliable reporting frameworks to track your campaign performance.
    • Internally and externally report on progress against goals, ROI, media spend and other key metrics.
    • Present reports, deliverables recommendations and strategy presentations to clients, both on calls and virtual in-person meetings.
    • Audit internal marketing work and hold teams accountable for each channel-specific KPIs per client
    • Train and guide the Client Success in driving client revenue
    • Create monthly and quarterly reports for clients that include analysis of campaign performance along with strategic recommendations for continual improvement.
    • Provide recommendations for new account opportunities, including taking advantage of new platform features/capabilities, or testing new platforms, channels, or technologies.
    • Proactive analysis of customer performance in order to generate insights which should help drive revenue.

    REQUIREMENTS

     Are you the perfect match? We’re looking for:

    • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
    • Self Starter, motivated, and ability to work under pressure
    • Sound understanding of digital platforms and best practices
    • Solid understanding of B2B & B2C Marketing Strategies
    • Creative and Analytical
    • You live and breathe spreadsheets and are proficient with formulas
    • Excellent time management skills
    • High-level problem-solving and Decision-making skills
    • Excellent Communication skills - both written and verbal
    • A complete understanding of a user during the purchase journey
    • You speak in ROAS, LTV, CAC and Conversion rate Optimization
    • A solid understanding of platforms such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, Google Merchant Centre and Google Tag Manager, Meta, Tiktok Ads, Email Marketing and eCommerce CMS platforms like Shopify & Magento

    Preferred, but not required:

    • Certification such as: Google Certification, Facebook Blueprint Certification etc.
    • Solid understanding of Hotjar
    • A tertiary degree related to Business or Marketing

    Accountant (Gauteng)

    As an Accountant, you will be responsible for: 

    Balance Sheet and Income Statement Management 

    • Ensure that balance sheets are accurate and complete
    • Process general ledger journals
    • Reconcile balance sheet accounts to general ledger
    • Solve identified managers’ queries and provide feedback

    Asset Register Management

    • Ensure that the asset register is accurate and complete
    • Update asset register monthly with new assets
    • Obtain copy of documents from creditors and enter onto asset schedules
    • Do depreciation for assets on a monthly basis and input into general ledger

    SARS VAT Payments 

    • Extract in and output VAT reports
    • Reconcile VAT to general ledger
    • Execute payment of the correct amount of VAT on or before the 25th of each month

    Stakeholder Management 

    • Resolve managers’ queries and follow-up on complaints
    • Provide ongoing feedback (as required)
    • Income Tax and other tax Compliance 
    • Effective teamwork and self-management 

    REQUIREMENTS

    What are we looking for? 

    To qualify for this role, you should  

    • Have 6-8 years related experience in all fields of finance required (full financial function – debtors, creditors, general ledger)  
    • Hold a BCom Accounting qualification / (SAIPA accreditation) 
    • Have excellent technical skills (including taxation) 
    • Have financial and commercial acumen 
    • Have advanced excel skills 
    • Have an in-depth knowledge of accounting processes and systems

    Branch Manager (Centurion)

    As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Hierarchy Management (Outlook/System)
    • Update the system hierarchy as necessary
    • Actively manage and monitor Statements of Work (SOVs)
    • Back Office Management – Stock and Systems
    • Ensure the maintenance of optimal stock levels at all times, by conducting daily stock counts in order to ensure and maintain stock accuracy.
    • Ensure effective booking of stock Maintain and manage key control and handover protocols.
