    Minium Requirements

    • Matric.
    • 1+ Year experience in a similar position.
    • Experience: Microsoft Office 365 and Pastel Accounting
    • Essential: own vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
    • Willingness to weekends.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Initiating prepaid account setups
    • Timely loading of payments, with ad-hoc availability on weekends and after hours to ensure prompt payment processing.
    • Oversight of wages and salaried staff hours, including the management of clocking reports
    • Dispatching invoices to clients via email
    • Administration management for all site-related tasks
    • Facilitating interim payment requests
    • Conducting age analysis for efficient financial tracking
    • Issuing overdue letters and diligently following up on outstanding payments
    • Maintaining general availability on weekends, particularly crucial during month-end processes.

    Weighbridge Operator - Kimberly

    Minium Requirements

    • Matric
    • Experience : Microsoft Office 365
    • Essential: own vehicle and valid Driver’s License.
    • Willingness to overtime and night shift.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Successfully manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously to ensure the smooth operation of the weighbridge.
    • Be ready and willing to work various shifts, including Saturdays, as required by the job schedule.
    • Accurately weigh incoming and outgoing vehicles, recording and verifying the weight data.
    • Communicate effectively with truck drivers, ensuring compliance with weighing procedures and addressing any discrepancies.
    • Execute duties efficiently even in high-pressure situations, taking the initiative to address challenges as they arise, including the organisation of transport logistics for trucks.
    • Coordinate and manage the flow of vehicles in and out of the weighbridge area to maintain efficiency.
    • Generate reports on weighing activities, discrepancies, and any issues encountered during operations.
    • Ensure that all relevant documents, such as weighbridge tickets and shipping manifests, are accurately completed and in compliance with legal requirements.
    • Assist with basic maintenance and cleaning of the weighbridge equipment.

    Refrigeration Technician - Western Cape, CPT

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Qualification in Refrigeration Technology at NQF 6 Level or a National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
    • Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with strong fault-finding skills.
    • Experienced in designing and applying refrigeration systems.
    • Willingness to travel frequently.
    • Valid Driver’s License.

    Technical Requirements:

    • Proficient in computer skills, particularly MS Excel.
    • Holds a valid SAQCC Authorised Practitioner's card (Category C-Inspector).
    • Preferably has 2 years of experience in CO2 Trans critical system installation, commissioning, and maintenance.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Provide customer and on-site support as required for end users.
    • Lead and manage certain project warranty processes and supplier warranty claims.
    • Offer ongoing technical support.
    • Constantly evaluate opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce cost while improving quality and longevity.

    • Source cost-efficient components and materials.
    • Responsible for assisting the Sales Team with technical information.
    • Requisition special bought-out components that are not in stock.
    • Assist with Engineering Change Procedures and Engineering instructions.
    • Manage and maintain the test laboratory.
    • Process, interpret, and organise test data to compile test reports.
    • Design and enhance refrigeration systems and components.
    • Ensure swift and efficient product qualification.
    • Manage site testing and data logging programs.
    • Manage and maintain test equipment.
    • Lead new Research and Development projects.
    • Assist with refrigeration design for new products.
    • Conduct compressor, liquid line component, and controller selections.
    • Manage setup parameters of refrigeration products.
    • Manage the technical database for products.
    • Liaise with consulting Engineers and attend site meetings as required.
    • Collaborate with refrigeration contractors and provide appropriate technical solutions.
    • Build strong relationships with contractor partners and offer technical support and training as needed.
