    Sales Consultant - Sustainable Buildings

    Responsibilities:

    • Integrate and align sales plans for assigned customers
    • Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects within assigned sales regions
    • Develop profitable and sustainable sales growth through engagement with current and potential customers within the assigned sales region
    • Perform B2B sales activities
    • Strive to meet and exceed sales goals as assigned by the Division Head of Lighting and Sales Manager
    • Schedule regular, in-person customer meetings (set targets to be met),

    Project Manager - Sustainable Buildings

    Role responsibilities:

    • Overseeing the execution of projects, ensuring that all related activities are performed in accordance with the Sustainable Buildings policy, contractual agreements, quality standards, health, safety & environment requirements, financial targets and schedule commitments
    • Establishing the project execution approach, and overseeing project hand-over, execution planning and monitoring and control activities for both internal and external resources to accomplish all project goals
    • Defining all project plan documents in relation to scope, budget, schedule, and risk management.
    • Monitoring each stage of project implementation to ensure harmonization and best practices in terms of production and testing, cost control, resource efficiency, risk management and health, safety and the environment
    • Identifying, analyzing and addressing project risks, with the regular sharing of lessons learnt.
    • Coordinating contract negotiation and claims with customers, in collaboration with the Sales team, Supply Chain, Fianance and Legal functions
    • Oversee team development and standardized process development to continually improve effectiveness of project and production teams

    Role Requirements

    • Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent would be an advantage
    • PMP certified or equivalent is a plus
    • Minimum 5 years in Project Management of electrical system integration projects
    • Experience in the Energy &/ Building Development industry
    • Proven knowledge, skills and experience to lead all project execution activities in the area of responsibility

    Business Analyst

    What we would like you to have:

    • Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent coursework in a related specialized field.
    • 3+ years’ work experience in a relevant field
    • Broad IT domain experience in three or more of the following areas: Business Analysis, Project Management, Business Intelligence, Quality Assurance, Maintenance and Support.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Requirements Documentation

    • Breakdown high-level requirements into smaller manageable tasks using for example the TIES method (Theme, Initiative, Epic, User story).
    • Create User stories with various types of requirements, process flow, UI/UX designs and wireframes, and relevant acceptance criteria which serve to define the scope of the required works.
    • Consolidate and confirm requirements, changes and sign-off from various sources and platforms and maintain one source of truth and reference for documentation.
    • Document risks, decisions and actions within the project scope and the strategy and management.
    • Produce specific business cases and scenarios and defines and documents system acceptance criteria.
    • Prioritization or Backlog Grooming
    • Ensures that issues, blockers, and uncertainties are mitigated effectively in an Agile approach.
