    Cluster Director of Human Resources

    Key Responsibilities:

    Strategic HR Leadership:

    • Execute HR strategies aligned with the company’s business goals and objectives.
    • Provide strategic HR advice and drive initiatives at the cluster hotels on a range of HR issues, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and organizational development.

    Talent Acquisition and Management:

    • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding of qualified talent for all positions.
    • Drive talent management, including succession planning, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
    • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment practices.

    Employee Relations:

    • Manage employee relations matters, including grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
    • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations related to employee relations.

    Compensation and Benefits:

    • Administer competitive compensation and benefits packages that attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
    • Conduct wage and salary surveys.

    HR Operations:

    • Oversee the day-to-day HR operations, including payroll processing, HR record management, and reporting.
    • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations related to HR administration.

    Training and Development

    • Drive Training initiatives within the Cluster

    Qualifications

    • 10 years or more of progressive Human Resource experience (preferably with Hyatt)
    • Service-oriented style with professional presentation skills
    • Proven leadership skills
    • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, proven track record, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
    • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
    • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills

    Executive Host

    Key duties but not limited:

    • Organize and manage the butler's pantry
    • Ensure the butler's pantry has the necessary supplies, equipment and materials.
    • Update and manage the daily Executive Host work sheet.
    • Create schedules and checklist.
    • Assign and inspect THE SUITE before guest arrival.
    • Log all faults and defects in THE Suite in Executive Host Logbook and ensure rectification.
    • Undertake final preparation of each suite prior to guest arrival.
    • Have prior knowledge of the check in procedure
    • Have a working knowledge of the hotel guest history system.
    • Arrange VIP greeting and escorting to the airport (when requested)
    • Create and oversee airport and gate pick up and drop off procedure.

    Qualifications

    Skills & Qualification

    • Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
    • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
    • 2 to 3 years experience working as a butler or Guest Relations Manager or Officer within the hotel setting
