    Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant

    Job Summary:

    • Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant, registered in the category Pharmacists Assistant (post-basic), may perform the acts or provide services as well as the reading and preparation of a prescription, the selection and manipulation or compounding of medicine and the labelling and supply of medicine in an appropriate container under the indirect personal supervision of a Pharmacist.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent level of education.
    • Post Basic Pharmacist’s Assistant Certificate.
    • Current registration with South African Pharmacy Council (SAPC) as a PBPA.
    • 1 to 2 years’ experience in a private hospital pharmacy or retail setting.
    • Computer proficiency – SAP and Unisolv.

    Minimum Job Requirements:

    • Assist Pharmacist with the compounding, manipulation or preparation of medicine according to Standard Operating Procedures.
    • Dispense, accurately and correctly, stock to wards, discharged patients and special prescriptions under the close supervision of the Pharmacist Issue drugs as per Group Standard Operating Practices.
    • Interpret prescriptions and select, manipulate and compound medicine into appropriate containers under the close supervision of the Pharmacist.
    • Communicate changes in ethical formulary products to all units.
    • Package and/or pre-pack pharmaceuticals under the close supervision of the Pharmacist.
    • Distribute and control stock of Schedule 1 to Schedule 2 medicines or unscheduled substances.
    • Sell over-the-counter medicines under the close supervision of the Pharmacist.
    • All ward stock issues, retail scripts, TTO scripts and in-hospital scripts dispensed/picked/packed must be signed off by a Pharmacist before handing it over to the patient, ward/unit or nursing staff member.

    Registered Nurse ICU

    Job Summary:

    • The Registered Nurse will promote and deliver quality patient care and wellness in accordance with industry standards and to execute nursing duties within the standards, procedures and protocols set down by the South African Nursing Council and Scope of Practice.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    VIP Driver

    Job Description

    • To take responsibility of transporting the Group C.E.O and Group C.E.O’s  delegates in a safe and timeous manner whilst abiding to all applicable rules and regulations governing people transport.

     Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Grade 12 or equivalent level of education essential.
    • Code 10 Driver’s license and Valid PDP is Essential.
    • No infringements against driver’s license/permit will be accepted.

    Group Procurement Pharmacist

    Job Description

    • Oversight of the centralised procurement of essential medicines and surgical supplies under the guidance of the Group Pharmacy Manager.  To contribute to the strategic planning and procurement process by establishing both short and long-term goals for the Group’s Pharmaceutical Services. Skill in price reviews and price negotiations will be an advantage. Devising fruitful procurement and sourcing strategies and initiating procurement partnerships.

     Minimum Qualifications and Experience:

    • Pharm degree.
    • Current Registration with the South African Pharmacy Council as a Pharmacist.
    • 7 years’ experience as a pharmacist of which three (3) years must be in pharmaceutical procurement.
    • A broad experience in pharmaceutical systems (Dispensing systems, procurement systems and inventory management systems.

    Job Description

    • To drive, coordinate and manage transactional HR processes across the Group. The incumbent provides tactical strategies, develops policy and provides hands-on support for the HR function in the areas of recruitment and selection, employee relations, HR analytics, rewards and business partnering.

    Finance And Admin Manager

    Job Description

    • To manage the financial and administration function of acute hospitals and property companies that fall within the Clinix Health Group, in line with relevant standards and within corporate governance protocols. To support hospital operational objectives and the Group strategic objectives.

    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
