What will you do?
Outputs/Core Tasks:
- Execution of administrative tasks for the Head of Finance Reporting, including the Finance Reporting team and respective team leads.
- Prioritization and organization of calendar events and booking of meetings.
- Assistance with Company secretarial work involving submissions to CIPC, drafting of minutes and resolutions.
- Assistance with administrative tasks involving budgeting and financial reporting.
- Execution of invoice payments.
- Assistance with logistics of special events, meetings, etc.
- Assistance with PowerPoint presentations.
- Assistance with ordering office supplies where needed.
- Fulfill the role of Health & Safety Representative for the department.

What will you do?
- Responsible for the systematic and methodical investigations, analysis and documentation of all or part of an IT area in terms of functions and processes and the information they use. What will you do?
- To provide financial advice along with a financial plan in line with the customer value proposition and treating customers fairly framework.
- To work in allocated key accounts and allocated markets.
- To offer customer service to Sanlam clients.

Class of Business (COB):
- Should the candidate have been deemed Fit and Proper for Tier 1 by 01 April 2018, the candidate is then deemed competent for Class of Business. Qualification & experience
FSB recognised qualification listed or credits pertaining to the date of first appointment in the industry, as listed on the most recently published Board notice as published for recognised qualification by the FSB.

What will you do?
This is an administrative support position that reports directly to an Operations Manager in the region. The SSA role is there to render sales support and administration to Sanlam intermediaries and regional sales management.
- Provide sales and administration support to intermediaries, including quotations
