    Assistant Director: People Analytics, Ref No. DOTP 24/2025

    Job Purpose    

    • The Department of the Premier, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to leverage advanced data analytics to optimize people management, workforce planning, and organizational performance within the Western Cape Government. 

    Minimum Requirements    

    • An appropriate 3-year tertiary qualification (Bachelors Degree or equivalent) in Data Analytics,Statistics, Information Systems, Business Administration; A minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience particularly in people analytics or data analysis role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position involving project management, team mentorship, or decision-making within an organisational setting.

    Job Purpose    

    • The Mobility Department, Western Cape Government has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to provide training to all provincial users of the National Traffic Information System (NaTIS), as well as to supervise and coordinate the activities of the division responsible for the auditing of transactions performed by internal NaTIS users and to perform duties of user acceptance testing.     Job Purpose
