Join a bunch of world class humans who are inventive, creative, open minded and love what they do! We’re looking for an organised and efficient Office Manager to see to the smooth running of our Johannesburg office in a fast-paced, digital media environment where no two days are the same.
The successful applicant should be super organised, have a responsible work ethic, take initiative and work successfully as part of a bigger team.

Manage small switchboard
Reception duties
On-boarding & Off-boarding team members
Assist CEO's PA with general admin tasks
Assist with event planning
Office upkeep
General admin tasks
Run errands
Office orders (stationery & office supplies)

Requirements
Matric
Must have drivers licence and own transport
Minimum 2 years office admin experience
Work management and prioritisation skills
Knowledge of G-suite

About the role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Director in Johannesburg to continue the growth of Snapchat's presence in the advertising world. Digital sales experience and a rich network is a must.
The position requires daily communication (in-person and video calls) and service of our agencies and brands. You will be comprehensively trained on the product set that you would sell.
This role comprises the following responsibilities:
Drive new and grow existing account revenues
Achieve quarterly sales targets
Provide day-to-day support to allocated customers
Manage brand direct and agency relationships
Reporting on campaign performance
Activate new customers through strategic selling
Ensure customers are educated and informed of all new product offerings
Full-fill all role functionalities associated with operations and sales
A typical day consists of:
Educating brands & agencies
Preparing and presenting proposals (ad sales)
Managing communications with agency & brand & ensuring ad performance is optimal
Liaising with our Account Management and Brand Strategy teams for day-to-day support
Requirements
Digital sales experience (minimum 3 years)
Digital marketing experience
Knowledge of digital advertising products an advantage
Knowledge of South African agency landscape is a must
Excellent presentation skills - spoken and written
Good numerical skills - create Keynote proposals and insertion orders independently
Ambitious, tenacious and positive can-do attitude
