Troubleshooting technical software related enquiries via phone and email.
Identifying, troubleshooting and logging software 'bugs'
Training of new & existing clients on Venue Software
Implement, train and manage the setup process for their clients.
Cross-selling and up-selling products and services (e.g. Training, Web templates)
Assign and manage designs and custom web-skin work.
