    Responsibilities:

    Your role will include (but is not limited to):

    • Troubleshooting technical software related enquiries via phone and email.

    • Identifying, troubleshooting and logging software 'bugs'

    • Training of new & existing clients on Venue Software

    • Implement, train and manage the setup process for their clients.

    • Cross-selling and up-selling products and services (e.g. Training, Web templates)

    • Assign and manage designs and custom web-skin work.

         ○ Display & Video 360 (beneficial)

    • Managing paid advertising budgets optimally to achieve business KPI’s

    As a Business Developer your objective is to effectively communicate and sell Client’s business product and grow the number of businesses using their product.     Skills and experience:

    Working on their B2B product, your responsibilities will include:

    •  Lead a consultative sales process with several touch points from initial customer engagement to closed sales
