    Specialist Advisor: Technical Service Importer

    GENERIC JOB OUTPUTS:

    PROCESS AND GOVERNANCE:

    • Conduct research and gather data to provide input to operational reporting and decision making processes. 
    • Conduct research to identify new opportunities/technologies which could result in better operational processes. 
    • Define standard operating procedures (SOP's). 
    • Provide expertise to identify and develop solutions to improve quality of processes and services. 
    • Provide specialist advice to enable planning for value­added process improvements, initiatives and services. 
    • Conduct accident and/or fire investigations.
    • Investigate and draw up technical bulletins to provide dealer with technical instructions in order to resolve product concerns.
    • Provide support services for Customer Care and Warranty departments.
    • Provide the dealer network with both online and onsite technical support.

    Creditors/ Debtors Clerk - BMW Bethlehem

    The responsibilities of a Creditors/Debtors Clerk include the following tasks:

    • Invoice capturing, payment allocations, expense allocation to correct GL accounts.
    • Process incoming purchase order requests.
    • Print proof of payments and match open items in order system.
    • Dealing with supplier queries.
    • Reconciliations to creditors’ statements.
    • Preparation of creditors for payment, timeously.

    Qualified Technician - George Multifranchise

    The responsibilities of a Technician include the following tasks:

    • Carry out diagnostic work and support mechanics as set out by the Foreman.
    • Carry out fault diagnosis to aid and speed up vehicle servicing.
    • Take steps to ensure servicing of vehicles remains within the targeted percentages of the manufacturers' time.
    • Discuss matters with service advisors and customers as required and provide coherent explanations.

    Specialist: Technician - Service X2- Mercurius Motors Polokwane CV

    Specific Role Responsibilities:   

    • Repair and servicing of vehicles according to dealer/distributor standards and within the flat rate
    • Establish parts required for service/repair to be performed and ensured correct parts are ordered            
    • Report to Service Foreman promptly on any additional work required                                     
    • Obtain authorization prior to carrying out any additional work                                                    
    • Advise Management prior to fitting any major parts outside the norm for routine servicing/repair

    • Sales compliance management experience is required.

    Qualifications Required:
