    SEM Analyst

    Description:
    As an SEM Analyst, you are a vital player in helping our clients succeed with digital commerce.
    With your knowledge of Digital Marketing/SEM best practices, you’re able to successfully create and manage Ad campaigns based on strategy and requirements provided by our clients and senior consultants.
    Your role will be adjusted to meet your specialisation as well as your competency areas.

    Responsibilities:

    • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more.
    • Conduct thorough keyword research and create marketing campaigns aligned with business goals.
    • Audit content and delivery, generate detailed reports, and stay updated on the latest trends and concepts in search engine marketing.
    • Collaborate with other departments to identify potential improvements and innovative techniques.
    • Implement online marketing strategies through Google Ads and social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Tik-Tok).
    • Communicate directly with internal teams and clients for marketing opportunities, strategy development, and budget management.
    • Measure campaign performance against client KPIs, such as return on ad spend, leads, etc.
    • Regularly report to the manager and collaborate with various team members and departments.
    • Manage advertising budgets closely

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
    • Google Ads Certifications (Search, Display, Video< Performance Max/Shopping, App, etc.)
    • 1-3 years of experience in the field.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Proficiency in Google Ads and other advertising platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
    • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4) and other relevant analytics tools.
    • Strong understanding of keyword research and SEO principles.
    • Ability to audit content and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Fast learning and ability to work under pressure.

    Pretoria | Cloud Platform Engineer

    Key Responsibilities

    • To work in a team environment; abiding by Vaimo’s internal work policies and workflows.
    • Be proficient and use platform technologies and DevOps processes to deploy platform infrastructure as code for our clients and for internal Vaimo use.

    Akeneo PIM | PHP Engineer

    Our company is looking for a committed backend developer with an eagerness to challenge themselves. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in PHP backend in order to develop and implement Product Information Management (PIM) solutions. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design and implement solutions, and ensure the effective management of product data.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    Akeneo Development:

    • Design, develop, and maintain PIM solutions to meet business requirements.
    • Customize and extend the functionality of Akeneo to address specific needs.

    Data Modeling and Mapping:
