    • Collection and validation of payroll input data weekly daily
    • Liaise with business on inaccurate and incomplete payroll data
    • Assessing and checking pay runs for monthly agents

    Senior Recruitment Consultant

    Job description

    Job Purpose:

    The Senior Recruitment Consultant is responsible for ensuring the delivery of all business requirements at their allocated locations within a fast paced, high volume Contact Centre environment.

    The Senior Recruitment Consultant will work closely with the Delivery Manager to ensure there is sufficient candidate flow to support the delivery of the business requirements. They will support the development of an effective and consistent on site selection processes and ensure the administration activities across their sites and all campaigns are in place and consistent with the wider group

    Minimum requirements:

    • Minimum of 5 years’ experience of working within a resourcing team within a fast paced, high volume recruitment environment (Essential)
    • Proven track record of working towards extremely tight deadlines and responding to changing requirements
    • Knowledge of recruitment processes suitable for delivering high level advisor recruitment
    • An understanding of candidate attraction and the current methods used including social media and digital
    • A good understanding of recruitment legislation and how this can impact upon decisions made
    • Excellent relationship building skills with the ability to liaise at various levels in an effective manner
    • Experience of managing, coaching and developing others to support development and achieve success (Essential)
    • Excellent IT skills with the ability to use in-house systems and all general Microsoft functions
