    Job description

    Key Performance Outputs

    The successful candidate, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Specialist and will be responsible for the following:

    • Planning assessment activities and providing input into sub-functional planning;
    • Gathering and submitting information that will serve as input to the development of the business plan;
    • Adhering and ensuring adherence to statutory regulations, organisational standards, policies and procedures;
    • Coordinating group and operational Psychometric Assessments, action plans, budget expenditure, reports and submissions;
    • Providing and facilitatingpsychometric assessment feedback with TalentAcquisition staff to line managers and individual employees as appropriate;
    • Consolidate and deliver reports against planmonthly, quarterly and annually;
    • Ensuring planning, execution, service provider interface and reporting through facilitating planning documentation, liaising with candidates and reporting documentation;
    • Monitoring and allocation of expenses
    • Support identification, implementation and development of processes to optimise cost efficiency;
    • Building, supporting and maintaining healthy, diverse internal and external relationships to ensure achievement of organisational goals;
    • Providing specialised technical professional support to internal and external stakeholders to ensure achievement of functional and organisational objectives

    Technical Skills and Experience

    • The following skills and experience or the equivalent of such, will be required:
    • Human Social Sciences related Bachelors’ Degree is essential;
    • Applicants must be registered with the HPCSA
    • A minimum of 2 years’ operational work experience preferably as a HR Generalist in a talent acquisition/ management environment;
    • Solid report writing, research and presentation skills are essential

    Competencies

    The ideal candidate should be detail orientated, and have good planning skills portraying ahigh level of skills in their ability to clearly explain a point of view and using one-on-one reasoning in a tactful, non-confrontational and polite manner. It is critical that the ideal candidate can apply problem solving skills. The successful incumbent should possess exceptional interpersonal and report writing skills. The role requires someone who sets definite milestones towards achieving goals and recognizes and resolves conflict promptly. Focusing on customer needs and building relationships which deliver services to both internal and external customers is a critical success factor.
