The ideal candidate should be detail orientated, and have good planning skills portraying ahigh level of skills in their ability to clearly explain a point of view and using one-on-one reasoning in a tactful, non-confrontational and polite manner. It is critical that the ideal candidate can apply problem solving skills. The successful incumbent should possess exceptional interpersonal and report writing skills. The role requires someone who sets definite milestones towards achieving goals and recognizes and resolves conflict promptly. Focusing on customer needs and building relationships which deliver services to both internal and external customers is a critical success factor.
