Key Responsibility Areas

• Monitors income and expenditure on operating budgets.
• Attends to enquiries/complaints from different sources.
• Responsible for providing a mini switchboard service.
• Attends to incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Provides a secretarial service to the section.
• Undertakes data capturing of information.
• Provides a general admin service to the section.
• Prepares requisitions of stock, printers services.
• Assisting in the preparation of tender documents.
• Attends to requested or hiring containers, extra services, etc.
• Issues permits to the public for the dumping of miscellaneous refuse, garden refuse.

Essential Requirements

• Grade 12 (NQF Level 4) or equivalent and an Administrative Certificate.
• Valid motor vehicle driving license.
• 3 years relevant experience
• Computer Literacy.

Preferred Requirements

• Diploma (NQF Level 6) in the Administration field or equivalent.
• 4 years relevant experience.
