    Recruitment Specialist

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Full cycle 360 recruitment
    • Effective use of search engines, company resources, own network and tools to research candidates and potential clients
    • Direct search approaches (headhunting), advert response handling and campaigning for talent
    • New business generation, cold/warm calling (incl. client visits – new and service – identify and follow up business leads)
    • Compilation of bench marking reports for clients – salary, availability, candidate pool, industry activity
    • Client and candidate management
    • Negotiating offers, acceptance management

    Desired Competencies:

    • Business decision making and knowledge
    • Ability to influence, persuade and convince
    • Negotiation skills
    • Investigative skills (reference checking, competency-based interviewing)
    • Finely honed and accurate communication skills, verbal and written
    • Ability to manage self while part of working in a team
