Visa Application Officer - JHB at Capago International

The main responsibilities of the VAO are as follows:

• Welcoming all visa applicants in the operated visa application center;
• Process the visa application of the applicants (front office) ;
• Collect payments from the applicants (Payment counter) ;
• Manage the biometric collection of visa applicants (biometry) ;
• Manage all back office tasks to finalize the visa application of our applicants (back office) ;
• Manage all other tasks given by the management.

The skills required for this position are:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent typing skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Good with emails, problem-solving and effective decision-making
• Ability to handle pressure
• Energetic, proactive, versatile, committed to teamwork and team spirit

Diplomas & Experience:

• Matric or equivalent
• Tertiary qualification is an added advantage
• Previous customer service experience as a customer service consultant
