    Coordinator

    Position Description:

    • A challenging opportunity exists within the VAS & Mobile Ops Department for a dynamic and assertive individual with a willingness to learn.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage Incentives for stores on the Tuyu platform.
    • Assist in the tracking of fraudulent customer enrolments based on defined rules and processes
    • Assist in the roll-out of the agreed Incentive platform and manage this platform once in place (Pay2ID &   TymeBank).

    Risk Officer

    Position Description:

    • This exciting and challenging position has arisen within the Facilities Risk Department of TFG Facilities Management.
    • As a Risk Officer, you would need to maintain and monitor physical security, health and safety and technical security standards, procedures and policies in accordance with the facilities risk department.

    You will be responsible for: 

    • Oversight of Technical Risk Systems i.e. Intruder Alarms, Fire Alarms, Access Control, CCTV, Sprinklers System etc.
    • Supervision of contracted security staff ito. SOPS Management, site attendance and training etc.
    • Compilation and distribution of various Risk systems reports 
    • Ensure that all accidents/incidents are documented, investigated, and recommended improvements implemented in terms of TFG policies and applicable legislation.
    • Assisting the OHS Manager in ensuring compliance to health and safety regulations.
    • Adherence and management of OHASA regulations
    • Continuous Risk Audits
    • Protection of Company assets, equipment and people
    • Administrative duties i.e. incident reports, billing queries
    • Any other duties within the Facilities & Risk portfolio, as may be required from time to time
    • Conduct Inspections and create awareness around faults in critical environments such as data centers, plant rooms
    • Ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated, and recommended improvements implemented in terms of TFG policies and applicable legislation.
    • Ensure that safety inspections are carried out, fire drills and alarms are correctly reported, risk assessments and lone working procedures are managed, and employees know their responsibilities.
    • Supporting the Facilities teams with site inspections and reporting all issues
    • Support the Facilities teams at certain sites with generator testing and Sprinkler flow testing

    Experience required:

    • Matric
    • SAMTRAC or equivalent
    • Have proven experience in a risk officer/security/Technical security systems/OHS environment
    • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transport
    • Be innovative, critical thinker and demonstrate problem solving skills
    • Work independently and in a team oriented, collaborative environment
    • Effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
    • Good communication and organisational skills with a strong ability to influence, build relationships, negotiate with colleagues and external partners
    • Excellent Report Writing Skills
    • Excellent Investigations Skills
    • Strong understanding of the OHS Act
    • Have experience in MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint
    • Ability to be on standby
