    Network Engineer - Cape Town

    Responsibilities

    • Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.
    • Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls)
    • Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
    • Ensure effective inventory controls are kept of networking equipment
    • Procuring network equipment and managing subcontractors involved with network installation
    • Ensure that all equipment is fully functional and update documentation as required.
    • Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure.

    Support Analyst - Merchandise (IT) - Cape Town

    Key Responsibilities

    • To be responsible for technical support of the PLM / Oracle Merchandising systems, through the effective resolution of incidents and problems, including after-hours standby and support where necessary
