    Contact Centre Team Leader (uMhlanga)

    The role:

    The detail:

    • Management Ensure the team meets their core KPI Sales service targets.
    • Target setting, call-flow management and interval control, drive and encourage individuals and the whole team, through call and utilisation times using measurement, targets, reward and recognition, feedback and communication.
    • Responsible for the day to day management of your team, including the monitoring of shift patterns, time-keeping, absence, and overtime

    Coaching and Developing

    • Coach, mentor and develop the team.
    • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by seeking ideas, challenging the status quo, identifying best practice and reviewing departmental processes.
    • Establish goals both for the team and for individual employees, and conduct regular performance reviews.
    • Identify and address any training that your team require.

    Collaboration

    • Actively work with other Team Managers to ensure that all teams are geared towards achieving the success of the campaign.

    • Do you have a matric qualification?
    • Are you in possession of a minimum of 12 months’ international experience in outbound sales?
    • Can you prove a high level of exceeding team KPI’s in previous role?
    • Do you understand the importance of good attendance and always being punctual?
    • Are you an excellent communicator who can work well under pressure?

    Instructional Designer (uMhlanga)

    Description

    • We are looking to expand our learning and development team with someone who has a strong design background.
    • Your core function will require you to conceptualise and design instructional materials that are engaging and interactive.

    Create

    • Conceptualise online learning experiences (including, but not limited to, videos, quizzes, gamification, animation, voice tools and interactions) based on sound instructional theory for promoting the acquisition of knowledge or to assess knowledge.
    • Apply instructional design principles to meet learning outcomes.
    • Transfer information from texts in creative ways to create and scaffold unique online learning experiences.
    • Articulate and support design decisions based on the brief and agreed strategy.
    • Produce written scripts of a high standard that demonstrate an understanding of the training outcomes.
    • Create storyboards for online learning experiences based on specified texts, frameworks and outcomes.

    Collaborate

    • Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to create multimedia education content.
    • Participate in brainstorms and discussions surrounding processes, projects and proposals.
    • Participate in, and contribute to, training sessions and workshops.
    • Juggle multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities and tight schedules.

    LMS Content Management

    • Perform quality assurance at key points throughout the workflow.
    • Effect changes based on peer and stakeholder feedback.
    • Package all learning material for integration into the learner management system.

    Requirements

    • Qualification in Instructional / Multimedia Design or equivalent
    • Proficient with Articulate Storyline and Camtasia Studio and know how to work with HTML and CSS
    • Experience designing/creating online learning material
    • Experience designing courses or curriculum

    International QA Agent (uMhlanga)

    Description

    The role:

    • The Quality Assurance agent is required to ensure call quality, adherences to sales conduct and provide feedback to team leaders, managers, and trainers to enhance the performance of the sales agents.
    •  This is specific to the monitoring of all calls, whether sale or non-sale, with the intent of providing feedback to stakeholders on the compliance of sales requirements to minimise risk.

    The detail:

     Monitoring

    • Daily Monitoring via telephonic call assessments of sales/non-sales calls from agents
    • Ensuring that the sales agents comply with sales policies and procedures.

     Risk Management and Compliance

    •  Facilitate risk management in terms of identifying issues where misleading and possible claims against the company arise
    • Eliminate cancellations and returns/escalations by providing accurate and relevant feedback to relevant stakeholders.
    • Confirmation of compliance requirements per client business rules.
