    Installation Support Administrator (Scheduling) - Middleburg

    Introduction

    Tracker requires the services of an Installation Support Administrator in their Installation Logistics – Scheduling division, at their Middelburg Office. The candidates will be required to ensure Customer Service Standards are maintained, solve customer queries and work in a highly pressurized environment.     Duties and Responsibilities

    • Marketing of Tracker to both existing and prospective clients.
    • Establishing, building and maintaining relationships with our various partners.
    • Contract administration, feedback and daily statistical reporting.

    Regional Liaison and Partners Services Manager - KZN

    Introduction

    Tracker Connect (Pty) Ltd. requires the services of a Regional Liaison and Partners Services Manager. As a leader, this position is focused on managing the critical response services within the operational services. It is also incumbent of the incumbent to develop and maintain partnerships and liaison with the provincial recovery structures in order to improve the recovery rate by means of gathering crime intelligence, which in turn will support the company to meet its strategic objectives.

    Key roles and responsibilities:

    • Investigations and Compliance
    • Ensure that activated vehicles are recovered
    • Ensure that the provincial action plan addresses partnership and liaison and the recovery rate
    • Meet compliance expectations on time
    • Standardise training across the province aligned to the National Head Office vision
    • Ensure that policies and procedures are adhered to within the province

    Intelligence Management

    • Deliver statistical reports supported by visual and/or graphical presentation before last working day of the month
    •  Accurate reporting on provincial vehicle crime trends to stakeholders
    • Timeous implementation of action plans and procedures
    • Accurate reporting on vehicle crime prevention; combating; and investigation methods
    • Suggest action plans to stakeholders, both private and public, on the above

    Liaison

    • Deliver monthly and quarterly visit schedules
    • Deliver report on vehicle crime trends and intelligence gathered to all stakeholders
    • Effective management of queries and accounts; and delivery monthly report to manager

    Ad hoc projects

    • Effective communications and co-ordination of vehicle related projects within the province

    Management of staff

    Minimum requirements

    Qualifications and experience required:

    • National Diploma: Criminal Justice, Policing or Criminology related at NQF level 6
    • Vehicle Tracking systems, processes and procedures
    • 3 – 5 years relevant experience
    • Minimum of (5) years’ experience/above average knowledge in the South African Police Services, SANDF, Other Law Enforcement Agencies or Private Security Industry
    • Above average understanding of the Criminal Procedure Act.
    • Above average understanding of the Firearms Control Act.
    • Above average understanding of Vehicle Related Crime in South Africa.
    • Clear Criminal Record - Undergoing polygraph screening annually - Pre & Post employment.
    • Pre & Post employment – Firearm, Technical, Tactical & Defensive Driving assessments and training
    • Valid PSIRA Grade B & Armed Response Certificate

    KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:

    • Manages enterprise cloud engineering team, recruiting, and mentoring the members of the team, both technically and for career growth.
    • Provides technical oversight across systems and architectures, with an emphasis on reliability, architecture, and automation.
    • Helps to drive the vision for the future of the Cloud at Tracker and reliability of applications and services running in the Cloud.
    • Provides a holistic view of the production environment for both technology and business management, working closely as a trusted partner with development team leaders.

    Installation Technician - Western Cape

    Introduction

    Tracker requires the services of an Installation Technician in the Technical Department. This department is responsible for effective installations of sophisticated electronic equipment into vehicles. This position requires the candidates to support the existing organization of work and staff within the department as well as the different departments and branches within TRACKER.
