Duties

• Prepare, dish up and serve food for normal and special diets. Assist with the receipt, storage and stock control of food supplies.  Minimum Educational Qualifiaction

• Appropriate qualification that allows registration with the Health Professions Council of South Africa (HPCSA) as a Dietician.

Experience

Duties

• Managing burden of disease by improving nutrition in the early life and late life course to all patients. Provide community outreach, conduct projects and activities by rendering a therapeutic service. Capacitated workforce - provide in-service training and mentoring of all categories of personnel and students on nutrition related topics to. General administration including assisting with planning, reporting activities conducted, and monitoring of nutritional programmes.
