Job Description
- The role of the Social Selling Specialist is to execute on the regional social selling strategy as defined by the Manager, Social Selling. To drive adoption and document, share, and promote Social Selling best practices amongst the Sales teams within the region. You will take an active role in compiling and sharing results of the program through activity and ROI reports shared with regional stakeholders and teams via email, THE Sales Portal, and a quarterly Social Selling Newsletter. The Social Selling Specialist will also manage the regional license dashboard(s) and ensure license allocation is up to date by removing leavers and updating with new hires every month.
Key Responsibilities
• Evangelising social selling across your assigned region and ensuring consistent adoption of the program and related tools,
• Communicate regularly with sales teams and Managers on progress and defined success metrics.
• Execute on the social selling strategy as defined by the Manager, Social Selling ensuring alignment with regional Sales and Marketing initiatives
• Documenting, and sharing best practices, standards, and metrics for social selling on the Sales Portal,
• Participating in internal calls, meetings, and broadcasts to educate teams on the benefits of social selling and share best practices.
• Working with local & regional teams to maintain an SSI score of 60+ for Sales Navigator.

Job Description
- The technical application specialist has responsibilities in the areas of technical application-based troubleshooting and application quality. The role contributes to the company’s strategic objective to provide exceptional quality product and service at all times.
- The role focuses on providing error isolation and resolution services remotely through telephone, email and internet as necessary. All issues received from escalations must be resolved timeously and professionally. Application quality ensures that all software fulfils the requirements of the user to ensure high quality product releases.
Key Responsibilities
- Conducts platform testing, includes but is not limited to, ensuring the product installs correctly, interface loads correctly, all modules load and launch correctly, and that help files work correctly.
- Documents and communicates any bugs, errors and suggestions to the Developers in an effective and appropriate manner, with descriptions of the bug and steps for recreating the error.
- Works closely with Product Engineering to ensure knowledge of products and future enhancements are up to date and comprehensive.
- Communicates openly and effectively across and within the Product Engineering teams, in order to resolve issues and contribute towards the quality strategy of the Company.
- Responsible for end to end issue resolution for all assigned cases.

Skills, know-how and experience:
Must have:
- 2-5 years in a technical role facilitating communication between Development and Customer support.
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to apply product knowledge to varying scenarios to resolve a problem.
- Demonstrate strong English written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to effectively use work item management software.
- Ability to resolve complex issues within timeframes.
Preferred:
- Basic Accounting skills
- Cloud troubleshooting skills
- Ability to understand C# and SQL (Basic Level)
- Good understanding of customer service principles.
- Technical / professional qualifications:
- IT technical certification/ qualification
- Additional/ more advanced IT technical certification/ qualification which might include but is not limited to MCSA/MCSE/D

Implement, maintain and manage outsourced payrolls and relationships with payroll outsourcing clients
Key Responsibilities
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
- Monthly payroll processes (Payroll review, compiling query list, advising clients on payroll best practices, advising clients on statutory changes & requirements, identifying & communicating potential risks to clients, process management, structured working, interpreting & applying statutory regulations & maintaining Premier/Sage 300 People system within statutory regulations and client requirements, ability to solve problems and client queries, simulation payslips and "what if" scenarios created for clients).
- Compliance (contributing to the improvement of internal systems and procedures, operating effectively and in line with Outsourcing framework & participation in efficiency drives).
- Influence on financial performance of team (Building and maintaining sustainable client relationships to ensure recurring business.
- Client Relationships (building and maintaining sustainable long-term relationship with clients, prompting clients for information, alerting clients of potential risks and consequences of actions, responding to requests & queries from clients within the framework of client SLA’s).
- Implementation and Set-up (on-boarding new clients in-line with standard operating procedures).

Job Description
- Sage is undertaking an ambitious strategy to accelerate its organic growth by becoming a more customer-centric and commercially sophisticated organization. Achieving greater mastery of pricing is a fundamental component of this transformation and the Pricing Strategist will play a key role in achieving this objective. The Pricing Strategist will drive pricing strategies to make Sage a true SAAS business.
- Reporting to the AME Product Marketing Director and being a key member of the global pricing team, the Pricing Strategist is responsible for: developing and embedding stronger pricing capabilities across the region; working local pricing projects in conjunction with the local pricing committee and the global pricing committee; provide pricing and broader commercial expertise to local management. The role will require close collaboration with finance, product marketing, product management, marketing, sales and channel marketing teams, both at a local and global level.
Key Responsibilities
- Defines and delivers new pricing recommendations for one or more key product categories and works closely with global and/or local Sales, Product Marketing, Marketing and Finance teams to do so.
- Formulates pricing logic, rules and controls to support the delivery of new pricing recommendations.
- Supports effective pricing governance processes, including participation in local pricing committees.
- Supports development of strategies to maximize adoption of cloud products, migrate existing customers, and deliver increased revenue per customer.
- Develops and delivers training sessions on pricing and best practice sharing activities, to help raise the quality of pricing decisions at Sage.
- Partners with Finance to provide data, analytics and expertise to assist the region in making strategic and tactical pricing decisions on an ongoing basis – including pricing and financial modelling support.
- Contributes critical commercial expertise, new and innovative pricing ideas.
- Partners with Sales, Marketing and Finance to correctly position product portfolio and establish pricing content aligned with product/sales strategy and revenue objectives.
- Evaluates the customers’ requirements to inform new pricing decisions; coordinates with Marketing to ensure customer feedback is incorporated into pricing recommendations through customer research, surveys, focus groups, etc
- Manage the local pricing committee as well as pricing governance across the region
- Contributes to monitoring of ongoing competitive (pricing) environment to ensure practices do not adversely impact company reputation or customer satisfaction
Skills, know-how and experience:
- A senior role which requires a minimum of a degree or equivalent in Finance or related discipline and demonstrable experience in a similar role
- 5+ years’ experience of pricing strategy programs or equivalent
- Deep pricing experience, ideally B2B but not essential
- Broad commercial experience & acumen
- Experience of software pricing models is helpful but not essential
- Strong expertise in market and customer research
- Analytical mindset, ability to work in a structured/ systematic way
- Able to use own initiative, high energy and tenacious, and can work well under pressure; comfortable working as part of a geographically dispersed team
- Ability to communicate and influence at a senior level including with local MDs and reports
- Able to work within a diverse, cross-border matrix organization
- Experience in owning pricing governance function
