    Bookings Clerk M/F - Kempton Park

    Purpose of position:

    To assist in the daily duties in respect of administration, general office work and customer liaison.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 qualification/ equivalent.
    • At least one year clerical experience, preferably in the motor industry.
    • Computer literacy.
    • Clean criminal record
    • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
    • Technical qualification advantageous

    Core Job Functions:

    Collect all pre - service / repair booking information:

    • Answer all calls relating to service inquiries/bookings promptly and professionally
    • Identify existing customer details on system
    • Identify outstanding campaigns and service
    • Ensure accurate understanding of customer’s needs by asking appropriate probing and diagnostic questions
    • Offer the customer booking options hourly all day (i.e. Formula 1 booking, conventional booking, staggered drop off etc.)
    • View dealer booking system for capacity
    • Create service booking and accurately confirm all customer information

    Arrange all service / repair bookings:

    • Create service booking and accurately confirm all customer information
    • Organize a pre-diagnostic test drive with Foreman/Controller or Service Manager if required
    • Identify and flag repeat repairs and manage the process
    • Ensure customer details are updated; if necessary
    • Reschedule “no show” customers
    • Confirm customer’s preferred contact method regarding progress on vehicle
    • Book all teleservice clients
    • Ensure all online bookings are attended to hourly 
    • Prepare job cards for the next day 
    • Inform clients of outstanding campaigns, update systems,  get parts ordered and book vehicles
    • Control driver system

    Quality Controller Tester M/F - Kempton Park

    Job Description

    Minimum Requirements:

    To qualify for consideration, the following requirements are essential:

    • Grade 12
    • Qualified Motor Mechanic, (preferably Diagnostic qualification),
    • Valid South African driver’s license.
    • Clean criminal record,

    Job Specification:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

    • To keep up to date with bulletins, service measures and known product defects on vehicles
    • To ensure maximum effective use of equipment and labor to obtain high productivity output.
    • To ensure minimum wastage of time, parts and consumable materials and to ensure that all chargeable materials are recorded on job cards for invoicing purposes.
    • To ensure a customer satisfying level of service and repair quality.
    • To ensure vehicle care and cleanliness is maintained during service and repair.
    •  To ensure all job sheets/documentation are correctly written up and forwarded for admin processing.
    • To ensure health and safety procedures are observed and maintained at all times.
    • To report out of line behavior to Service Manager.
    • To ensure the safe keeping of tracking units
    • To ensure that you abide by all road rules and laws
    • To ensure there is no abuse to customer vehicles whilst on a test drive

    Job Description :

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12 qualification/ equivalent.
    • 3 - 5 years’ Dealership experience in a Service Advisor position.

    Driver M/F

    PURPOSE OF POSITION:

    To carry out driving duties in respect of deliveries and collections in a prompt and efficient manner, according to instruction.

    Minimum Requirements:

    • Grade 12/ equivalent.
    • Good verbal and written communication and literacy skills in English and Afrikaans.
    • Ability to carry out verbal and written instructions.

    • Not to smoke or eat in company or customer's vehicles.
    • Not to carry private passengers in the vehicle.
    • Not to use company or customer's vehicles for any form of private use.
    • To report any accident immediately to the manager and the authorities.
    • To assist in ferrying of vehicles from washbay to parking areas.
