    Consulting - Human Capital - Workforce Transformation

    To support Senior Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on delegated engagement / project related to the digital workforce engagement solutions. To promote our leadership capabilities which are living our purpose, influence, performance drive, strategic direction and talent development.

    Qualification and Experience Required

    • Bachelors Degree
    • 4 years working experience
    • 5 years client facing experience
    • Expert in employee (workforce) engagement with sound industry and business knowledge
    • High degree of competency in digital, cloud and mobile solutions
    • Demonstrated leadership skills
    • Sales skills
    • Proven ability to manage and execute projects both rapid deployment and medium to long-term maintenance
    • Proven experience as a Scrum Master using the Agile SCRUM methodology
    • Experience in using Agile methodology tools including either Trello; Agile Manager; Slack and/or MS Teams
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and solve on-going risks and issues related to project timelines, deliverables and stakeholders
    • Experience in drafting and presenting client proposals
    • High degree of competency in working with vendors and delivering both Deloitte and vendor deliverables to clients
    • Proven experience in managing vendors. Experience in working with mobile technology vendors will be preferred
    • Good financial knowledge
    • Experience in managing monthly invoicing, debtors, project revenue and team hours logged vs. planned will be preferred
    • Sound business acumen

    This position supports the Engagement Manager in delivery of services to / at client premises on specialised COUPA projects.

    Requirements

    • Certified COUPA professional
    • Experience managing or contribution to complex COUPA engagements/ projects
    • Demonstrated consulting skills
    • Knowledge of the Supply Chain industry
    • 4 years working experience
    • 3 years in a client facing role
