    Projects Officer - JHB

     

    Minimum requirements:  

    • Matric / Grade 12 
    • Degree in Accounting or Finance

    Minimum Experience:

    • 1 year experience in project management
    • Computer knowledge and advanced level Excel skills.

    Duties:

    •  Assisting the learnership subdivision in preparations of payments and vetting documents before payment requisitions are prepared.
    • Input large data into the projects module as well as SETMIS.
    • Assisting projects division and learning programmes divisions with RFI's coming from auditors.
    • Assisting both projects and learning programmes divisions with accurate calculations, collating evidence for performance information as well as liasing with RIME on performance information.

    About the Job

     

    • Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
    • Screen resumes and application forms
    • Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
    • Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
    • Working on HR Policies with the HR Officer and Manager
    • Gathers and organizes job applications
    • Writes employee communications and correspondence about updates in HR policies
    • Performs ad hoc tasks as required
    • Involved in the recruitment and selection process.
    • Preparing and sending offer and rejection letters or emails to candidates.

    Minimum Qualification:

    • Human Resource Management Diploma/Human Resource Management Degree/Industrial Psychology Degree.

    Registry Administrator

    About the Job

    • Responsible for maintaining and improving record management systems by ensuring the strict, regulated, and secure access of records and ensuring that filing plans are up-to-date and communicated to managers within HWSETA. 

    Minimum requirements:  

    • Matric / Grade 12 
    • Higher Certificate in Archives and Records, Management or Office Administration.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (Preferable)
    • Bachelors Degree (Preferable)

    Minimum Experience:

    • 3 Years ’ experience in related work experience.

    Duties:

    • Record management between Head Office, Provinces and off-site storage facilities.  
    • Sorting and distribution of paper-based applications and mail received / sent between Provinces and Head Office.   
    • Arranging purchasing of stationary, monitoring use of shared stationary and ensuring stationary is supplied when necessary.
    • Filing and Document management 
    • Office Administration and Coordination 
    • Training Support 
    • Stakeholder Relations
