    Project Management Office Coordinator - Midrand

    Description

    Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position

    • Responsible for ensuring the PMO software system is updated and maintained.
    • Responsible for assisting and guiding project managers with developing detailed project schedules.
    • Setting projects up correctly on the system and in accordance with defined processes, procedures and templates.
    • Focus on scheduling governance and improving on Earned Value tracking in project scheduling.
    • Establish project documentation and ensure they are stored correctly.
    • Manage project template version control.
    • Assist with consolidating and driving project reporting in a consistent manner.
    • Follow up on tasks and activities relating to projects and programmes where needed.
    • Assist with streamlining project management processes.Liaise with project managers and owners to gather information on overall financial performance of projects.
    • Drive certain project streams on big projects, reporting into the IT Programme Manager where required.
    • Capture meeting minutes and distribute to team members and file for auditing purposes.
    • Manage small/medium IT projects with the appetite to grow towards managing bigger projects.
    • Assist with auditing project documentation compliance where required.Compile project performance reports.

    Requirements

    Formal Education

    • An appropriate tertiary qualification. NQF Level 7. 
    • Appropriate project management qualification. (PMP, or registration for PMP exam would be an advantage).

    Experience

    • Minimum of 2 - 5 years’ experience in Project Management. 
    • Experience in complying with standards and procedures and maintaining them.

    IT Applications Administrator - Midrand

    Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position

    • Responsible for SAGE X3 ERP adequate support and maintenance of all financial and operational systems so that they can perform with optimum efficiency, reliability, and usefulness to the user.
    • Maintain and support the continued day to day operations of the current ERP and Third-party Systems.
    • 1st and 2nd Line support of these systems.
    • Continuously work on the ITSM System on ticket management.
    • Track and Log periodic scheduled tasks.
    • Ensure successful running of these tasks.
    • Training of users on efficient and proper use of information systems.
    • Creating Training documents and System process documents.

    • After hour, support is also needed for the various Business Units.

    Requirements

    Formal Education

    • Relevant Qualification/Experience

    • SAGE X3 ERP Certification (Advantageous) / Experience

    Experience

    • Business Finance and IT background.
    • Systems administration and support experience
    • Knowledge and experience of Integration and peripheral systems.
    • Some MS SQL scripting (Transact-SQL) Query will be required.
    • Training experience required on the SAGE ERP
    • Training and Technical documents compilation an advantage
    • Good knowledge and experience of Microsoft applications, including Office, SharePoint, Power pivot, Excel, PM, Visio
    • Crystal Reporting an advantage
    • An understanding of SSRS and SSIS an advantage
    • Qlikview Reporting Skills for Analytics an advantage
    • MS Power BI Reporting skills for Analytics an advantage

    Main Outputs and Responsibilities for This Position

    • Executes their internal audit activities in line with the internal audit as approved by the Audit & Risk Committee.
    • Executes audit engagement planning, fieldwork and reporting in line with the established audit methodology.
    • Conducts root cause analysis and develops practical and cost-effective recommendations on assurance and consulting engagements as appropriate.Identifies opportunities during audits which can enhance process improvement and simplify processes.

    Requirements

    Formal Education

    • B-Com Degree or equivalent qualification majoring in Internal Audit or Risk Management or Accounting.
    • Professional certification: Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) or Charted Accountant (CA) would be advantageous.
    • Member in good standing with the Institute of Internal Auditors.

    Experience

    • At least 3 - 5 Years Internal Audit experience.
    • Exposure to FMCG or Manufacturing or Franchising Industry would be advantageous.
    • Completed article with a reputable audit firm will be an added advantage.

    Mechanical Artisan - JHB CBD

    Description

    • Perform planned and unplanned Maintenance on all plant equipment
    • Mechanical and electrical fault finding
    • Compliance to Health and Safety in general
    • Full compliance to Quality related and Food Safety policies, regulations, and procedures
    • Maintenance and service of any plant equipment including Ammonia Plant, Boiler, and other utility related services
    • To be fully available to assist the plant with callouts and to be on stand-by when required
    • Electrical and mechanical refurbishment of machines
    • Full involvement in the movement, assembling and installing of machinery and equipment in and out of the production area
    • Application of reading blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
    • Assist and support full system process by drafting and / or improving current standard operating procedures for machinery and equipment
    • Support the training and development department in the assessment and training of machinery operators
    • Assist with ladder, power tool, safety harness, hand tool and store related monthly / quarterly checklists
    • Support the health and safety department with incident investigations, risk assessment recommendations and content when required
    • Assist with a basic level of TIG and MIG welding onsite and ensure safety protocols in relation to that are adhered to
    • Supporting the preventative maintenance program by achieving at least 80% of all allocated job tasks
    • Assist in the repair of machinery and equipment
    • Assist and support in the effective and efficient operation of utilities
    • Ensure strict adherence to housekeeping and lock-out protocol when Woking on any machine

    Requirements
    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

    • Grade 12, Millwright or Fitter trade test
    • 2-5 years experience in FMCG
