    Senior IT System Administrator

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    • To maintain and optimize our organization's IT infrastructure. As a Senior IT System Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing our servers, network systems, security, and other critical IT components. You will be tasked with ensuring our systems are running efficiently, reliably, and securely while providing guidance to other IT staff as required

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, network, and security systems.
    • Monitor and optimize the performance of our IT systems to ensure maximum uptime and availability.
    • Responsible for active directory, security and licensing of all users and systems.
    • Ensure the availability and consistent performance of ecommerce, card payment system, point of sale system and business applications.
    • Oversee the deployment, installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

    Regional Operations Manager

    PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

    The Operations Manager is responsible for the optimal performance of Rohloff KFC restaurants. This includes overall accountability for sales and operational activities and profitability, including the development and execution of strategies designed to achieve guest experience excellence, sales targets, people capability and the attainment of profitability goals, as outlined in KPI’s and the balance scorecard.

    The Operations Manager partners with respective HRBP’s responsible for designated restaurants and will be expected to motivate and develop area management and restaurant staff to realise business and individual goals and objectives.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • To promote the Company’s mission, goals and code of conduct and act as a role model for the advancement thereof.
    • Deliver Regional Plan and Budget designed to meet company’s Annual Operating Plan targets. Specifically recommend sales and growth targets by restaurant. Manage approved Plan and Budget.
    • Develop and implement action plans to ensure continued progress in all elements of People Development, Compliance, Customer Experience, Restaurant Excellence and Sales & Profit Growth, as well as Innovation, Leadership and Continuous Improvement.
    • Evaluate performance of designated Area Coach and Restaurant Management against established Balanced Scorecard targets (people, customer, sales, profit). Oversee the implementation of corrective action activities and continuous Improvement.
    • Implement company programmes and communicate company strategies and objectives clearly and effectively to Area Coaches and restaurant management in line with programs developed by Finance&Planning, People&Culture, Operations&Marketing, Development and BI&Digital Team. This includes planning and directing changes with regards to staffing and reporting relationships.
    • Ensure that company assets, facilities and equipment are managed efficiently, maintained properly and operated cost effectively.
    • Lead, motivate and oversee designated Training & Development Plans in partnership with the People&Culture Team to achieve objectives, maintain appropriate staffing levels and to provide candidates for succession, progression, and growth. Conversely, understand people capability deficiencies impacting sales and transaction growth.
    • Promote Diversity Growth Model, Goals and Values and act as a role model for the advancement of How We Win Together, Customer Management and KFCs 'One System'.
    • Maximise sales opportunities and market development activities. This includes identifying and analysing trends/economic data to forecast business impact or opportunities.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Tertiary degree level qualification essential, with major in business, marketing or finance discipline preferred. Post graduate qualification (MBA) highly regarded.

    Payroll Manager

    Purpose of the Role

    • The Payroll Manager will be responsible for managing payroll processes and ensuring timely and accurate payment of employee salaries.

    Key performance areas

    • Develop, implement, and maintain payroll policies and procedures that ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
    • Supervise and train payroll staff to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll transactions, including maintaining employee records, calculating pay and deductions, and processing payroll taxes.

    Fixed Asset Accountant

    This person will be responsible to ensure all Fixed Asset Registers are maintained and that related systems function efficiently and effectively to ensure valid, accurate, and complete reporting of fixed assets.

    Key Performance Areas

    • Record all fixed asset transactions including additions and disposals in the accounting system
    • Calculate depreciation and amortisation for all fixed assets and intangible assets
    • Record depreciation in line with useful lives
    • Assist with month end reporting requirements
    • Conduct/assist with analyses/investigations related to fixed assets as requested by management
    • Coordinate fixed asset counts including result verifications and adjustments
    • Liaise with other departments/teams when required
    • Ensure alignment and consistency of the Fixed Asset process

    • Monitor accuracy of fixed asset registers
