    • This role is within RBB Fraud Solutions reporting into the Head of RBB Fraud Solutions.

    Job Summary

    • To deliver project management administrative support services through the execution of predefined objectives as per agreed standard operating procedures in the Absa Leadership Academy.

    Job Description

    Accountability: Implementation of Leadership, Management and bespoke learning programmes

    • Review implementation scheduled to asses if all demand requirements across the customer base have been catered for.
    • Schedule and book Faculty to ensure delivery dates and venues are proactivey  communicated.
    • Review interest tracking and waitlisted schedule and implement corrective measures where required.
    • Communicate and market available programmes and workshops to ensure full sessions.
    • Track enrolment and work closely with Specialist and Manager Demand and Delivery to decide if workshops will continue or not. Sessions need to be cancelled on time to to avoid cancellation costs.
    • Collate invoices and update skills spend report. Upload onto the Learning Management system under skill spend.
    • Track submissions of invoices, submit for payment and report monthly on submissions.
    • Track and follow-up on outstanding invoices. Report non-adherence.
    • Enrol delegates onto cohorts as per nomination due dates.
    • Request dietary requirements and submit to Coordinator logistics. Update nomination schedule and SharePoint.
    • Complete and/or action general administrative request from the Project team by coordinating meeting requests, boardroom bookings, or parking for Leadership Academy Faculty.
    • Track submission of registers, request from Faculty and sign-off on the Learning Management System.

    Education

    • To provide advice and support in the development and implementation of area of specialisation planning and associated service delivery processes, methods and techniques; enabling the provision of sound learning and development services.

    Job Description

    Accountability: Implementation of Leadership, Management and bespoke learning programmes:

    • Compile documentation for initiatives that include the specific tasks, due dates and responsibility of team members
    • Work closely with Specialist: Demand and Delivery to understand demand and implementation requirements.
    • Arrange and manage logistical requirements related to the learning programmes needs.
    • Support team to respond timeously, resolve queries and support with assignment tracking, pre-work, post work and other programme requirements.  
    • Update schedule with completed deliverables and ensure that all contracted deadlines for delivery of programmes are on track.
    • Collate all invoices submitted and ensure that record is kept of spent for consolidation of Skills spent.
    • Update assignment tracking schedule, follow-up with outstanding delegates and provide feedback to Team lead on outstanding assignments.
    • Update attendance tracker, follow-up on no shows and reschedule according to programmes governance. Address no adherence to governance with participants and update records.  
    • Manage cohort enquiries.

    Consultant Learning Management System

    Job Summary

    • To administer the AGL learning management system and manage system intergrations with other external learning systems as part of consulting and advisory service relating to this to internal business stakeholders.

    Job Description

    Ensure overall system functionality

    • Collaborate with other administrators to eradicate cross-cluster duplications and identify potential process improvements.
    • Consult with learning stakeholders on the effective utilisation of the learning system.
    • Identify cluster learning requirements and ensure that these are factored into the learning system capability
    • Make use of reporting and tracking tools on the AGL Learning System to enable the learning community to track overall learning performance.
    • Generate standard and responsive cluster MI to empower business dialogue and decisions on the status of learning in critical learning areas.

    Accountability:  Stakeholder management and support 

    • Identify regular users of reports, and arrange access to reports for these users.
    • Coach the users in managing and interpreting the reports.
    • Provide employees with assistance and training to enable user understanding and system usability.
    • Identify trends in queries from customers, and feed back to team to update processes in order to eliminate queries.
    • Act as the primary point of contact with the LMS Consultants to enable seamless integration with new and emerging LMS trends.
    • Work closely with the LMS Consultant to report any issues that might arise and any new business requirements which may impact the quality and configuration of the LMS.

    Accountability:  Cluster alignment and integration 

    • Ensure, in consultation with the Cluster L&D community and line managers, that planned learning activities can be supported by the LMS and advising accordingly
    • Administrator for timeous and effective solutions without slowing down the cluster learning pulse.
    • Conduct cluster based client surveys on the effectiveness of the LMS and communicate recommendations for improvement or changes to the Group LMS Administrator
    • Be part of the system review and quality assurance on the LMS
    • Continuously benchmark Learning solutions and maintain high quality standards through research and updated knowledge. Design and implement evaluation criteria for successful implementation of the Learning solutions with clear objectives and successful performance metrics. the delivery of agreed service levels. Learner support and administration providers
