    Sales Account Manager

    The ideal candidate will lead the account development and penetration strategy for assigned customers or regions. They should be skilled at building and maintaining relationships with clients and work to provide exceptional customer service to clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Establish and maintain a professional relationship with the customer.
    • Coordinate with various teams so that the customer’s expectations are met.
    • Ongoing assessment of a client’s needs and business objectives.
    • Upgrade, upsell and renewal of customer services and solutions.
    • Generating new sales using the existing customer base.
    • Forecast and track key account metrics.
    • Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver an excellent customer experience
    • Report on the status of accounts and transactions.
    • Liaise between the customer and internal teams, as and when needed
    • Meeting with customers on a regular basis.
    • Target-based role.
    • An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
    • Assist customers via e-mail, phone and meetings respectively.
    • Monitor and analyze customer's usage of BitCo product offerings.
    • Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.
    • Updating all activity, including discussion points, meeting summary and general customer requirements daily.
    • Provide feedback on any service-related concerns raised by a customer, to be handed over to the Service Team.
    • Ensuring that the service-related concerns are dealt with and followed up with internally.

    Qualifications

    • 3 – 5 years in a Sales Type role.
    • Previous experience in the Telecommunications Industry is a plus.
    • Strong interpersonal skills.
    • A polite, friendly and diplomatic manner.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Good negotiation skills.
    • The ability to priorities and manage several tasks at once.
    • An excellent understanding of client care.

    Enterprise Sales Consultant

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    • Achieving agreed set target
    • Sourcing new business / generating own leads
    • Capturing own leads onto Pipedrive and Solid
    • Generating quotations using the BitCo Configurators
    • Managing all leads and opportunities on Solid
    • Attending all meetings scheduled by Internal Sales
    • Facilitating Line of Site Surveys (LOS) with Sales Administration
    • Submitting accurate and complete paperwork for all orders to Sales Administration
    • Any other tasks or reports required by the Sales Manager

    Education

    • Matric or appropriate qualification

    Experience

    • Three to five years of experience in an ICT or Telecommunication Channel/Sales environment.

    Channel Account Manager

    Summary:

    This Channel Account Manager position is a customer-facing role in place to drive revenue and enable BitCo to maintain its credibility as an industry leader in the ICT/ISP sector. The position requires the account manager to act as a thought leader within the sales organization and build relationships with channel partners and resellers.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

    • To develop and manage specified channel partnerships and relationships identified by the organization as a strategic go to the market mechanism
    • To take full ownership of maximizing sales and product mix within the channel partner
    • To take full ownership of all channel support activities with a view of ensuring BitCo product and sales are a preferred choice for the channel partner
    • To meet aggressive sales (both value and volume) targets by driving the Channel to meet agreed targets
    • To ensure that BitCo product knowledge is always up to date at both an individual level as well as through the entire channel partner database
    • To ensure that you are kept up to date on market dynamics and developments
    • To ensure that all channel orders to BitCo are closely monitored and facilitated to ensure delivery in the shortest possible timelines to maximize revenue
    • Manage fluid complexities of Channel Partner expectations and demands
    • To ensure that all management reporting requirements are adhered to and delivered
    • To adopt an attitude of doing whatever has to be done to honor a customer commitment and grow BitCo’ s business
    • Responsible for adhering to all instructions given by the Sales Manager 

    Qualifications and Experience:

    • 2-5 years’ experience in sales in a solution selling industry such as Telecommunication or ICT

    • Negotiating contracts and growth plans with current prospective channel partners
    • Ability to use analytical skills to analyze Key Performance Indicators to determine the health of a channel partner relationship
