    Sales Specialist: FTTH

    Achievement of Sales targets on key products
    Job description includes, but not limited to : -

    • Be fully trained and knowledgeable in the Sales division product ranges
    • Solution selling of key products to existing and new customers
    • Prospecting and presentations to potential customers
    • Design of customized solutions to suit customer needs
    • Building and maintaining relationships with key accounts
    • Managing the customer journey (customer relationship management)
    • Customer retention and upselling initiatives
    • Events management and coordination in conjunction with the relevant internal departments and external organizations
    • Attend product conferences / training and road shows to expand knowledge of the industry

    Key Account Manager

    To effectively position Vox Telecom as being the definitive supplier of knowledge, products, solutions and services within the telecommunications industry. Vertical and horizontal account analysis and penetration to ensure that all possible product / solution opportunities in existing and associated accounts are explored. Presentation of a comprehensive architectural strategy plan of each account
    Job description includes but not limited to : -

    • Ensure there is a relationship forged with every level that play a role in the decision making at the customer site
    • Identify any possible threats, competitors and consultant influences that may cause the customer to cancel
    • To consistently meet set net of churn growth targets
    • Constantly monitor of renewal dates, overflow, quarterly project plan and analysis industry trends, debtors and technical (helpdesk) interaction and involvement to maintain customer service levels
    • Utilise and incorporate competencies of the services of the “Product Specialist” & “Product Managers” to ensure that the companies required budgets are met.
    • Foster an atmosphere of self-study with regards to trends in the telecommunications market so as to ensure that the company is viewed as a leader in the Telecommunications industry.

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Diploma in Business Management or related
    • 3 Years of experience in Telecom industry
    • 3 years experience in Account Management
    • Knowledge of Telecommunications legislative changes
    • In Depth Product knowledge of all core products and services

    Credit Controller

    The purpose of this position is to positively impact cash flow and working capital by ensuring that the achievement of customer collection targets, essential to the profitability of the company are met.
    Job description includes, but not limited to : -

    • Daily management of debts and collections – effective, systematic and prompt follow up of outstanding debt
    • Debtor account reconciliations – rectifying of previously mishandled accounts
    • Convert cash paying accounts to debit order thereby improving cash flow
    • Attend to all customer queries – internal staff & external clients by providing accurate advice on billing queries
    • Submit credit requests to Collections/Credit Control Manager for approval
    • Report to management on outstanding issues and inform them early of potential debtors problems
    • Prepare suspension notices and final demands for approval and signature by Collections/Credit Control Manager
    • Co-ordinate & request authorisation from Collections/Credit Control Manager for suspension of arrear unpaid accounts
    • Record all account activity ie. Client contact, inter-departmental inter-action etc
    • In the event of bad debt, collate all relevant documentation for account hand over for legal recovery

    Mimimum Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Diploma in Business management or related
    • 2 years working experience as a credit controller
    • 2 – 3 years bookkeeping/debt collection experience
    • Computer literate – Outlook, Word, Excel – be able to perform basic to intermediate excel functions

    Junior Product Manager: FTTH

    The Junior Product Manager is responsible for assisting with managing a suite of complementary FTTH products. The primary responsibility is to assist the Senior product manager with the implementation and management product strategies to achieve defined Revenue and GP targets
    Job description includes but not limited to : -

    Product codes within Solid including creation of new codes/ bundles/ migration path

    • Reporting groups and GLs are all updated & Solid reports are accurately representing the data required.
    • Automated notifications from Solid workflows: Quote, Status & Notification Templates are all updated and accurate.
    • Terms & Conditions are all current and linked to Services/ Products/ Promo Codes and or Website.
    • Vox Website i.t.o FTTH products, per Supplier, to be accurate & clear to the end customer.
    • Internal collateral repositories are all updated (Sharepoint).
    • Marketing collateral for Sales Staff: DLs, Flyers etc created ad hoc.
    • Product packages on all Supplier portals – ensure all are updated regularly
    • Create & maintain product and training manuals to include Solid processes, workflows per FTTH Supplier
    • Competitor analysis compiled/ updated weekly to ensure Vox is relevant from product perspective

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Informatics or Engineering Degree or equivalent Diploma
    • Networking Certification
    • Minimum Of 5 Years’ Experience Within The ICT Industry
    • Knowledge and understanding of the ICT market and the specific needs around the different market segments (sub-distributors, select resellers, resellers and end-users) is essential
    • Technical understanding of IP products, passion for technology and ability to learn new products is essential
    • Previous consumer mobility experience – specifically in the cellular market is essential
    • CRM Systems experience
    • Sales & marketing experience would be beneficial
    • Practical knowledge of IP networks

    Cost Accountant

    The cost accountant position is accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities.
    Job description includes but not limited to : -

    • Collect and organize cost information into a database of expenses
    • Construct systems to accumulate and monitor data
    • Determine and calculate formulas for fixed and variable costs,
    • Plan budgets and prepare reports for multiple departments within a company
    • Review receipts and compare with actual charges to detect inaccuracies
    • Project profit margins for upcoming quarters and analyse trends of highs and lows
    • Prepare cost forecasts for monthly, quarterly, or annual operating schedules
    • Analyse month-end and year-end reports to identify and recommend cost-effective improvements
    • Construct data accumulation systems for a cost accounting system
    • Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems

    Minimum Requirements

    • Grade 12
    • Bachelor’s degree in management/Financial Accounting plus Honours
    • CA(SA); CIMA; SAIPA or similar
    • 5 to 8 years financial/costing experience
    • Experience in a project costing environment
    • Experience manipulating large databases
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains advantageous
    • Cashflow Projections
    • Absolute attention to detail
    • Must be able to track and trend and identify anomalies
