    Recruitment Officer - 6 Months Fixed Term Contract

    OVERALL PURPOSE OF THIS JOB:

    Under the supervision of the HR Officer, the Jnr Recruitment Officer will assist with all the recruitment and onboarding functions of the HR department.

    KEY RESULT AREAS

    • Posting job ads - Ensure that all job postings for perm and FTC appointments are checked for accuracy, conform to company requirements, and are posted timeously on all relevant platforms.
    • Communication - Communicating with line managers on critical requirements of vacancies to be able to source right candidates for the vacant roles.
    • Handling incoming applications and collating received documentation (CV, copies of qualifications etc) -Receive and collate all incoming applications, both physical and digital, and must ensure that candidate documentation is secured and is filed for completeness and ease of access in accordance with the provisions of the Protection of Personal Information Act (PoPIA).
    • Shortlisting & screening - Shortlisting and screening applications in accordance with all job requirements

    Admissions Consultant - Johannesburg

    Overall Purpose of the Job:

    • The Admissions Consultant will report directly into the Brand Marketing and Sales Manager. They will be responsible for
