    Account Manager - become Sales Ops Analyst - R600k/annum CTC

    About the Role

    As a Sales Ops Analyst at Delta-v your focus will be to ensure that the sales development teams that we operate for our FinTech & SaaS customers are supported with the best possible processes, systems, analytics and reporting.

    This role is an opportunity to take ownership of our sales tooling which includes B2B data providers, data acquisition tools, CRM (Salesforce), and sales engagement platform (Salesloft). Along with the day to day management of our tech environment, we have the following projects on our roadmap that you’d be responsible for:

    • Optimising our CRM environment, data management, and campaign reporting
    • Automating list building and prospecting processes with tools such as Clay and n8n
    • Evaluating our current sales engagement vendor and potentially selecting and implementing a new sales engagement platform

    We're not looking for someone with coding skills, but rather someone who understands B2B sales process and has a love of process, systems and data. As part of your onboarding we'll ensure you get the necessary mentorship, training and certifications to operate successfully in this role.

    Requirements

    You'll be a great fit for this role if you meet the following requirements:

    • Completed University Degree that has included mathematical / quantitative courses during your studies (Engineering, Sciences, or Commerce)
    • 1+ years experience working as a Sales Ops Analyst, Data Analyst, Sales Development Rep, Account Executive or Account Manager in a B2B environment
    • 1+ years experience work experience using a CRM like Salesforce, Dynamics, Hubspot or Pipedrive
    • You have a passion for process efficiency and strong attention to detail
    • Expert level Excel / Google Sheets skills - cleaning, manipulating, analysing data using advanced excel functions
